Creating Reports
1. Insert email and password

2. Apps > Apps > Create app, Type Laporan Dashboard Harian, then Save

3. Apps > Connections > Create connection

4. Type Name, choose App, choose Source QlikView, Type Server, then qvp://bgasvr-
qliknew/Dashboard/Dashboard/Dash_prod_harian v38.9B 1.qvw

Click Run verification

5. Apps > Filters > Create filter

a. Create

Create CURRENT DATE filter

Create SELECT DATE filter

6. Create Reports > Create Report, Type Title, Choose Type [Excel, HTML, Power Point,
QlikEntity, Word]

Click Enable dynamic naming, choose Date and choose format YYYYMMDD

7. Tasks > Publish task

Name = Laporan Laporan Bulanan Region 1
App = Laporan Produksi Harian

8. Goto tab Reports, Choose report, type Friendly name, choose Output Format, enable Attach to
Email then click button Add Report

9. Goto tab Users/groups, Add user or group

10. Goto tab Destinations, enable both options NewsStand and Email

11. Goto tab Email message

Every variable come with %% and end with %% it’s come from QlikView variable

12. Goto tab Triggers > Create trigger, after set up schedule finish then click Save
