1 Introduction

The Bank had issued the Request for Proposal (Tender Reference No: TU- RRB
01/2019 dated 26.11.2019) to the bidders for Selection of Total Solution Provider (TSP)
to Implement End–to–End Financial Inclusion Solution for UBI sponsored RRBs. As per
the terms of the RFP document a pre-bid conference was held on 04.12.2019 at United
Bank of India’s Head office in 11, Hemanta Basu Sarani, Kolkata – 700 001, which was
attended by the Bidders and/or their representatives.

The Bank Issues Addendum and Corrigendum – 01, dated 20.12.2019 to extend the Bid
Submission Date.

It may be noted that the terms and conditions of the RFP document remain unchanged.
Please treat the clarifications provided herewith as an integral part of the RFP document
issued.
