Master Trainer
Every organization needs to have direction. TNTT is
no exception and needs to know what steps need to
be taken to improve the experience for members and
to further its goal. Master Trainers are a core group
of TNTT leaders who advise and decide on TNTT’s
direction. They research new areas that may benefit
TNTT and make recommendations on how to
implement it. Trainers at all levels do some research
in new areas to improve TNTT, but it is the Master
Trainers who lead and supervise this effort.
Summary

• Each ranking has carries with it more

improving ourselves so we can better serve
