Life After Death ---- A Spiritual Journey

LIFE AFTER DEATH

Life, the more you live, the more you crave for it. It's natural, since we are afraid of death. Even the most
courageous Heroic Personality, who would claim to be fearless of death, does fear it at a particular point.
Although we all are familiar with the fact that every object that is created, has to be destroyed someday or
other, it's a spine chilling reality for us. Death is said to be immortal, as none as yet have been able to
escape from its icy claw.

Then the question start following up like: Why are we afraid of DEATH? What happens to one after
death? Is there something called as next birth? What do they mean when they speak out terms like Soul,
Spirit, and such scary names?

Well the answers are locked in those dark nights of unfamiliarity and anonymity which even Science has
been trying to explore, and has even been successful to borrow evidences. Yet we can’t be that sure
whether those evidences can be declared to be Facts or just a raw outcome of scientific researches. The
questions arise in each and every person’s mind, and end up unanswered. Neither do all of us have that
guts to go ahead and explore the anonymous world of darkness that haunt our minds with an unknown
and unpredictable fear.

It's said that once a living being attends its death bed, it can’t return back, but then why one reports to
have seen a dead acquaintance’s Soul or Spirit. Some even report of having being communicated with
that Soul. Science is still on its way to explore such questions. However the most important answer for the
question “Why are we afraid of death?” is Loneliness. It's the detachment of the dead ones with the living
ones. A formal break up brought about by the time and situations that can never be patched up. We are
afraid of being carried away from our dear ones. We are unaware about the forthcoming future, whether
it's good or deadly than the death. We don’t even know what happens when we close our eyes, never to
open again. That’s the time when we really think of our own selves than anybody else. An unknown truth
leads us to seek refuge towards various myths and legendry, yet our mental status to accept death as a
calamity and not as a life cycle remains unchanged.

While these questions remain unanswered, we stroll in a dark lane of fears and prejudice that somehow
or other leads us towards the destination called as DEATH. So why not accept it as a reality of life and
stop fooling around. Why do we lead a life full of self centred and selfish motivations? Why do we observe
our fellow people as our rivals and competitors? Why do we follow relationships as bonds and not
humanity? Why do we always stay with a tinge of insecurity and jealousy towards our fellow people? Why
do we treat the terms like love, affection, care, understanding, and other such emotional feelings as
commodities that can be measured according to an individual’s state and not as a nature’s gift to
understand our fellow people? There are many such unanswered questions about life too.

Based on the above principles of life and death I have a tale to narrate. It goes this way. This tale is
based on a life of an individual – Amar, who always tried to be an ideal Human Being, no not the way that
was taught to us in our old History books like Ahimsa (Non violence), following truth, etc. An ideal human
being here stands for treating other fellow beings as humans and not based on cast or religion.
Born in a middle class family residing in a heavily crowded city called Mumbai, Amar spent his child hood,
observing his family members and neighbours striving hard to earn their living yet satisfying the needs of
the family. Amar followed all the social teachings imparted on him by elders and grew to be a polite child,
though he couldn’t get the label of an ideal son since he sometimes disobeyed his elders for following few
traditions that he disliked.

He seldom had a quarrel with his fellow people on points and acts that were smeared with unjust
practices. He believed in concept of “Honesty is a Best Policy”, although many a times, he had observed
that honesty had to be compromised in order to beat the unfair social conquests that involved political
strategies where honesty alone can’t survive unless encapsulated by shrewd techniques.

As a Student, although Amar was quite creative and intelligent, he always managed to be an average
student that worried his parents about his future and in turn career. Although he was a polite chap, he
seldom lead a lonely life, since he believed, there’s no concept called as FRIEND at least in his life. He
was broad minded chap who actively offered help without any sort of expectations.

Amar continued his journey of life learning whatever he could and went wherever time and situations lead
him towards. He wasn’t an emotional chap, but of course he cared for human values. He always saw to it
that his fellow people don’t suffer under his dependency. That doesn’t mean that Amar grew to be a timid
personality, although he was to be a bit timid during his school days, but the last day of his school brought
about a turning point in his life.

After his matriculation, i.e. Std. 10th he felt as if he was a free bird released from the prison ruled by
dominance and partial justice. He never disliked studies or his school, but he hated the practices like
Favouritism and Partial Treatment carried out by the School Authorities and the Teaching Staff. He
believed that punishments in form of physical assault don’t improve kids, rather spoil them and develop a
sense of hatred among them towards school and the teachers. Instead of understanding the studies
included in the curriculum, he felt that they were taught to be muggers who mugged up words by
manipulating with their memory and mind. The competition to please elders by scoring top marks by
memorizing whatever is taught, instead of reaching to the roots of a subject haunted Amar and made him
more and more depressed.

Right from his child hood Amar was exposed to family disputes. His parents however gave away
everything that was disputed in the family and started a life right from the scratch managing to take care
of Amar while earning a living for the family.

Amar lead a life full of peace and prosperity, since he was free from all sorts of addiction and ill habits. He
didn’t follow in concept like close friends, since he believed that the material that binds two individuals to
coordinate, is the need, once the need gets satisfied, there’s no friend to look back. That’s why he
maintained a Client Server relationship with his acquaintances where mutual help was the only material
that initiated a communication. The communication terminates with a thanks giving session. That’s how
he used to maintain his friends network, based on need for help, and not based on emotions.
Amar took the world of technology as his career perspective, since he believed that it would help him in
fulfilling his needs, i.e. preaching of humanity through mutual cooperation. He wanted to earn loads of
wealth, that too being on a right track of life. Although many opposed his principles by stating that “He
who follows the divine path of life never succeeds”. He disproved them by gaining a position of success
through his innovative ideas and pleasant character.

Amar as continued to flourish in the bright glamour of success, his well wishers seemed to grow as well,
yet on personal grounds, he still felt to be all alone. He managed to make his family independent, by
engaging each and every individual in a sort of business that would provide them a position and earnings.
He tried to uplift the situation of the unemployed and the mistreated pool of talents, by providing them with
job opportunities and a position in the industry.

Days went on fine until one morning when there was a misbalance across time and circumstances. Amar
left his home, heading towards the Saloon, where on the way he encountered a close shave with death.
He was knocked down by a speedy vehicle while he attempted to save a kid strolling on the mid road
without the consent of its guardian. He was rushed to the hospital, but then, it was too late.

Amar breath his last in the icy arms of the death, that was about to take him off to the land where there
were no worldly relationships nor human attachment. That place where sun never sets to rise. A chilly
place that glows brightly, displaying few known and unknown faces. The time seemed to be at a stand still
situation with sounds of pain and despair everywhere. Amar felt as if he has been taken away from his
beloved ones to an asylum where he had to spend rest of his lifetime surrounded by screeches and
agony. It was a scary situation that seemed to be a never ending nightmare.

Amar started believing that he has been misled to the place called as Hell. At first he was disappointed
since he thought all his divines that he had gathered during his livelihood had been snatched off his
records. He cursed his fate on deceiving upon him, by landing him up on to the wrong place, when he had
always tried to be an ideal human being. What more, there was no chance for him to commit a suicide, as
he already was Dead.

However he decided to conquest his fate, since he had never given up in his life time, he always tried to
change situations, where ever he had been to, and made up his mind to go ahead and change the
situations of the place he has landed up into. He was wondering how could he start, when he
encountered one of his dead family member, who recognised him and went ahead to speak with him.
Amar sighed relief when he could find at least one acquaintance in that unknown world. As time passed,
Amar started realising that he has reached a place that was neither heaven, nor hell. It was a place where
the dead resided until and unless they got freed from their penance and desires that they craved for. It's a
place where the Souls try to rest, but without Peace. The cold foggy mist reduced eventually to reveal the
place more clearly. He could now see that the place appeared to be a piece of nature’s gallery full with
forest lands and streams. He now felt that it's a paradise. As he went ahead, he could feel warmth in air
with thundering roars arising from a distant valley. Reaching the edge he could observe a large mass of
Rock which resembled a miniature volcano, erupting lava that flowed down towards the adjoining canal
that carried bones and burnt bodies with horrifying roars and painful screeches. The horrifying scene had
finally fainted Amar to lose his balance and topple down to the flowing Lava with debris of bones and
skulls carried away through the canal. He felt a holding force on his back and realized that he had been
picked up by a gigantic vulture that worried him more than falling down in to the forbidden valley of lava.
The vulture ventured him across various horrifying spots and finally landed him at the gates guarded by
fiery golden fence that appeared to summon him in. Already horrified by various scenes he had been
through, he hesitated to pass across the gates.

Finally with a trembling mind he tried to reach towards the gate that seemed to open up allowing him to
pass by. Unsure whether it was fit to pass in, Amar strengthened his mind to confront the situation, since
a person can’t die more than one consecutive number of times. As he moved in, the front door of the
mansion opened up. There were no guards or horrifying creatures for his good fate. As he went in, he
found himself passing through a passage with strange shadows displayed on the walls, narrating their
tale. Those shadows displayed wars, killings, sufferings and illicit acts of all sorts. Amar could no longer
withstand the situation, but even then he had to get all the way round to the other end acting as a
spectator for the evil part of humans as dramatised by the shadows. The long journey to reach the other
end finally concluded after long crawling hours, that too all alone. He felt as if he had been tricked upon to
watch all sorts of evils that always stay neglected during the venture on the earth called as LIFE.
Although traversing a long way, Amar didn’t get even a feel of fatigue. That was the first time he had been
on such a long lonely journey. Finally he reached a door, but for his greatest shock, the door was shut,
and seemed to be locked.

Amar now surely felt a spine chilling fright passing by. He felt as if he had been sentenced on a long term
penalty to stay alone locked up in the hall exhibiting evil acts that he couldn’t tolerate. What more
horrifying was that his knocks and bangs on the locked door were accompanied by painful screams and
cries from within the place he had been locked up. It was no use starting a back journey since there was
no assurance that he would find a free passage out on the other side through which he had been in. He
had no other option left than to stay back, weep, pray and blame his misfortune. He decided to lie down
on the floor facing his destiny. Doing so, he noticed that the ceiling displayed unusual stanzas. Those
stanzas were displayed in scripts and languages from all over the world. He managed to read and
understand few, while others were out of his ability to understand. Reading the stanzas he went drowsy
and fell fast asleep. Suddenly Amar heard a voice that seemed to awaken him. He found a ghoulish figure
smiling back at him. Amar replied back a smile, although he wasn’t pleased as such to encounter such an
ugly creature, but then he realized that he couldn’t expect an angel to come all the way round at his
service in such a horrid dungeon like mansion.

In an attempt to gather courage, Amar asked the odd little stranger about him and the place. The strange
little creature answered him back.

“I am a Death Angel and my duty is to escort the souls from one location to other according to the orders
levied by the Lord of Death. There are no distinct places meant for the heaven and hell, as they are the
terms defined by Humans in order to regulate the society to prevent unethical acts and events.

The place where you get rewarded for your divine acts is termed as Heaven, but you can’t visually
observe the rewards since they are in form of events.
Hell on other side is a place where you face penance for the unethical and evil deeds that are against
humanity. Here too you aren’t punished physically through weapons, but through events that ruin your
livelihood.

Both these places are virtual and are on the earth and no where else in the universe. On the earth, a
person is blessed for the divine earthly acts he performs, in form of good results, whereas the evil acts
are replied by evil consequences.

The place where you have landed up now is a reflection of human mind. This is a virtual world nowhere
else but on the earth. You are still on the earth, just allocated in a place where no human has yet
attempted to explore. It's in a dense mountainous region surrounded by forest all over. This place is
where the souls are escorted to face penance for the evil deeds they have performed while being alive.
Even the souls who crave for their desires to be fulfilled are transported to this land so that they can stay
until and unless their desires have been relished. Some are even here from more than 100’s of centuries,
still waiting to be released from their penance and desires. It's a dreadful situation to be in.”

Amar on hearing this grew more and more restless and inquisitive. He asked back to the Death Angel,
“Hey Angel of Death, if this place is for those who crave, and suffer, then why am I here? For, I have lived
a life of contentment. I have been a helpful guy. I had been against all the evil deeds and saw to it that
others felt comfortable and secured in my company. Why am I to suffer here? I haven’t been rude, nor
have harmed anyone, neither was I an addict towards alcohol, nicotine or narcotics, nor did I seek for
those illicit nightly enjoyments. Why am I sentenced to a long term lockup in this scary passage? Why?
Why? Come on tell me why?”

On this the Death Angel replied, “Listen you earthly wonder called as Human. Nature produced lots of
creatures tiny to gigantic. All those creatures had something or other that made it distinct among
themselves. With the advent of evolution, more improved species of animals were developed. All sorts of
animals pass through evolution, adapting to their surroundings. Apes went on developing in terms of their
body structure and the most crucial part of the body, the brain. The brain helped humans to gain
everything that other creatures couldn’t. The ability of humans made them more and more powerful in
terms of intelligence and adaptation. Humans started capturing the world in greed to gain control over the
nature that in turn had created them. Factors like greed, desires, and immoral values, started encroaching
human minds, giving rise to immoral and evil acts. These deadly acts performed against humanity were
termed as Sins. All the acts that were performed for the benefit of humanity were termed as Divine acts.
The definition of Heaven and Hell were declared to avoid humans to perform Sins, but then as the society
progressed to give rise to caste system, the definitions of sins and divines were changed by the selfish
and self centred motivations of humans. This gave rise to injustice in the society. Distinctions based on
caste, religion and gender destroyed the true values of nature. Humans’ hunger for conquest grew day by
day, which brought about a miserable situation on the earth.

Humans suffer because they preferred their life that way. You are a part of the same Human culture and
have been fallen prey to its strategy. You have been sent here because you died an unnatural and
untimely death. Your soul left your body before your predicted date of death. It's true that all the life long,
you had tried to be an ideal human being. You never harmed anybody on purpose of selfish deeds, but
it's even true that you had desires left to fulfil. Desire is a thirst that’s never quenched. Greed to get more
and more makes life miserable, and that’s what you have been through. You desired to be well educated,
that you were. You desired to gain a job, you got it. You desired to get more salary, you got a salary raise.
You desired to run a business, you were successful. Your desires went on, although you were on the right
path of your life. You never gave up and always tried to handle even the most miserable situations of life.
You always tried to improve the situations of your fellow people. That’s the reason why you are here. You
have explored the dreadful areas of this place that you feel like calling out as Hell but you are yet to
venture out the other part of this place that you will like to name as Heaven. It's your conquest, to make
this place adaptable for you. You are familiar with the well known proverb. God helps those, those who
help themselves.”

Saying these words the Death Angle placed his palm on Amar’s Head, as a gesture to bless him, making
Amar shut his eyes. When he opened his eyes, he found himself lying on the floor facing towards the
ceiling where the stanzas continued to display. At first he was astonished on what had happened. Was he
dreaming, or did he really meet the Angel of Death? He was about to stand up when he could read two
well known stanzas, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way” and “God help those, those who help
themselves”. That even reminded him the last words of the Death Angel. All alone in the mansion, Amar
felt weary and a bit afraid of whatever he was going through. Never in his life had he felt as lonely as now
after death. However instead of giving up, he tried to stand up turning towards his right, as per his habit.
As he turned towards the right, he found a tile that seemed to be misaligned and rather unusual, which
never got attention while a person stood erect. He went ahead and touched the tile and found that it
moved in a clockwise direction. As he moved it he found that a tiny snake poked out of the gap, which in
turn scared him a bit again. This tiny snake went ahead the other way round the room and disappeared in
a gap, releasing a scorpion that went ahead towards the door to place itself on an unusual pattern curved
on the door that generated a cracked out sound seeming to loosen the door latch. Amar sighed relief,
prayed in his first breath and opened the door.

Amar had just begun to explore the world of Death. He had yet to venture more into it. His experiences till
now were not less dreadful than a most horrifying nightmare. What would be next still remains a mystery.
One point for sure, he knew that he had to explore this world all alone, or may be there’s someone who
would accompany him in forthcoming quest. He decided to call it as a quest, since he was already dead,
and nobody could kill him again.

He opened the door slowly, not aware what would be next. Finally he was amazed to feel the warmth of
nature, as if it was the spring season. Birds twittered along the bright sunlight that he felt soothing after
hours of depressed situation in the mansion. He could see the hillocks with fertile lands. Flowers all over,
and breeze filled with aroma of the worlds best perfume, made him feel as if he had reached heaven. He
said to himself, “the Death Angel was right, I have found the Heaven, after a long suffering of penance”.

He went ahead to see if he could find someone to talk to, as he had fallen sick of being all alone. Moving
ahead, he could hear soothing music and tunes as if there were people partying away on the open land
blessed with nature. He was rejoiced with the idea of finding new friends. Yes real friends this time, not
just acquaintances. He could no longer wait and started heading towards the direction of the music as
fast as he could. As he headed towards the music, he felt as if he had to travel across a long distance. He
missed his bike. He never walked too much in his life time. Finally he had reached the folks that were
partying away. They seemed to be pleasant and light hearted. They welcomed him into the Milky Way,
that’s what they called that part of the Land of Death and provided an introduction about themselves.
Amar narrated the whole story on how he reached there. They were pleased to know about him and his
quest, but then warned him about the deadly areas of the Land of Death.

One on an elderly person among them named as Mahesh said “This place is occupied by souls of all
sorts, based on the acts that they performed during their life time. Seldom are we even called out in the
outside world for various rituals. Although here religion, cast and sect has no importance, we seldom
have to land up on the spots where we are called by our human relatives to carry out various spiritual
rituals during the specific periods of year. Some are even called out for unethical spiritual tasks like
involvement in black magic. Such souls reside in a location called as Black Hole in this world of death. It’s
so named because, once a soul gets trapped in it, it rarely gets a chance to get out, as it gets ill used by
the human practitioners of black magic and seldom enslaved for centuries. You better stay out of that
place, since as per your records it’s not a place suitable for you. It’s more deadly than a Hell. You are
assigned for all sorts of hidden sins that load you with more and more dilemmatic situation. You are lost in
a dark world of killings, agony, sins, enmity, devastations, and all sorts of forbidden acts that you face just
for the benefit of selfish human attitude. They make you crave for more and more worldly offerings that
are enjoyed by humans and in turn make you more horrible than a creepy beast that preys on a piece of
animal protein. It’s like a quicksand, the more you get involved, the more you crave and suffer penance.
That place is meant for all those souls who tried seeking pleasure in all sorts of inhuman acts during their
life time, making other’s life miserable.”

On this Amar replied,”If that’s so then why doesn’t someone guide them and help them get rid of all those
sufferings. Isn’t anyone here who can communicate with them and explain the ways to tackle such a
situation where they are controlled by humans to bring about misery to themselves as well as their
victims? What about the Lord of the Death who rules this land. Is he aware of all such illicit acts
performed there?”

Mahesh replied,”The Lord of the Death warns a soul for all the penance and dilemma that it would face
once it attempts to accept the first offering. After all it’s the choice of the soul to accept the offerings.
Humans are of two categories, one who openly organise criminal activities through Mafia Gangs. Second
are even more dangerous, they practice deadly techniques like Black Magic hiring such souls to bring
about misery to their victims. By doing so they don’t get trapped in by the Law, since the victims seem to
die natural deaths like heart attack, brain haemorrhage, cardiac arrest, and many such natural diseases,
or through accidents which can’t be proved as murders. Although they repent for their sins, since they get
penalized for their deeds later on. It’s their greed and fear that lead them towards such a step.”

Amar couldn’t digest that fact. He was upset about human tendency of destruction through such a fatal
stealth technique wherein the victim doesn’t even get a chance to defend against his offender, as the
offender lies invisible. He asked if there was a way so as the victims could defend themselves. The reply
was, “through the spiritual channel that means through the prayers seeking divine refuge. Although
seldom the ill effects of a black magic can be eradicated through a black magic. As you know a Venom
Kills Venom, similarly, to neutralise an effect of Black Magic one has to take refuge of a Black Magic, but
then through a proper channel. There are performers of Black Magic who help others get rid of the misery
caused to them due to Black Magic. It’s just like warfare among Criminals and Police.”
Amar by now was confused about existence of GOD. He asked, “How could the Supreme Power whom
we worship tolerate all such sorts of mischief, making the world a living hell. It’s so powerful that with a
wink of eye it can destroy all such spiritual garbage that’s contaminating the society and misleading
Humans to get trapped in the cycle of misery and sins. I mean how the so called GOD can just neglect
this toxic part of the world paralysing justice?”

Mahesh calmed him down and tried to explain, “Amar you sound to be correct, but then just imagine,
humans themselves selected this path of wild justice, creating a great misbalance in the society. You
can’t expect GOD to personally decline and start pleading each and every one to stop the monkey
business that’s spoiling the consistency of the normal code of conducts. You know what? Each and every
one has something called as Conscience. This conscience helps you to differentiate between Good and
Bad. God lies in your Conscience, that’s the reason why seldom have you got signs and warnings about
the steps you have attempted to take.”

Amar wanted to know how one can get rid of all such spiritual garbage that was infesting the society and
disconcerting humanity. He was distressed and even anxious to know if he could contribute in going
ahead and eliminating the spiritual underworld called as Black Hole that’s been responsible for the entire
dilemma the world faces. Mahesh led him to the lair where Dakshini dwelled. Dakshini had been
researching on the witchcraft and other spiritual practices while being alive, but then died at a petty young
age due to brain tumour, after her death she had been exercising skills in protecting new souls from being
trapped in Black Hole. She had acquired special supernatural powers that made her powerful enough to
combat the evil souls that swarmed into the Black Hole. This had even made her short tempered and
often harsh in her behaviour towards other souls residing in the Milky Way.

Her lair appeared to be a Modern Masterpiece of a Stone Age Cave. The cave appeared to be tall
enough to hold two floors, with a stone base projected from each floor above appearing to be a balcony.
He wondered if Dakshini was even an architect. Mahesh summoned Dakshini. She appeared at the door
to welcome them, though she didn’t appear to be pleased to see a stranger at her door steps.
Appearance wise she was beautifully cute, with long black shiny locks well conditioned and styled up to
enhance her beauty. Amar finally had come across something really pleasant after a long travel in that
unknown land.

Her apartment was large enough to accommodate a huge family. Mahesh introduced Amar to her, and
also explained about his experiences and quest in the Land of Death. Dakshini took note of each and
every incident Amar had been into. However she didn’t seem to be amazed by their talks. She reported
that Amar was much lucky that he was picked up by the vulture that flew him all the way round to reach
the Milky Way. Others take years to make their way out to reach this paradise on Land of Death. She
said, “You haven’t yet seen even 30% of Death Land. You get used to Dilemmas through years of
dreadful travel. You are very much lucky that you didn’t suffer a lot. You told me about your experiences,
that’s fine, but then don’t attempt to open your jaws towards others here, or you would be thrown out in
that deadly shit you managed to escape for ever.”

On hearing her react that way, Amar was disappointed and felt leaving the apartment. Dakshini however
realised his situation and asked him to relax, explaining that she really didn’t mean to be rude. She
however informed him that there still were lots of souls in the wild craving for freedom. Amar wanted to
know about the Struggle that Dakshini had been through in the Land of Death.

“It was long back when I landed up here.” Dakshini replied. “I was quite simple by nature during my
lifetime. I never knew I would die at such a young age, when I had set goals for my life. After my death,
the angels left me at the most horrible place of this Land of Death. It was dark all over, may be since I
died at midnight. Sounds of horrible deadly cries of pain and agony filled the air all over. It was worst than
a most dreadful nightmare. I felt as if I have landed up in Hell, but I wasn’t aware of the Sin for which I
had been thrown there. Wandering for hours I could see strange figures roaming everywhere. I could see
no one whom I could ask what’s going around. I wasn’t even able to find a silent spot so that at least I
could relax. Finally I decided to wander about to explore the place.”

I kept walking amidst all the screeches and cries, similar rather worst and intense than a Mental Asylum.
Seldom had I closed my eyes and ears as I couldn’t bear the horrible scenario. Finally after walking for a
long time I planned to settle down somewhere for a time being so that I can relax, so I just went ahead in
search of a shelter like a tree or a broken down hut. After wandering around I spotted a ramshackle
temple like ruins. With a trembling mind I went ahead. The Fire Torches at entrance helped me find the
way in, although I was terribly afraid to go in, but there was no other way to get rid of the horrible scene
outside. The place inside was cold and damp with intermittent feeling of warmth due to the heat of Fire
Torches placed at various intervals on the walls. I had just settled down and was trying to rest when I felt
a palm on my forehead. I opened my eyes and screeched at the top of my voice. I could see an ugliest
woman whom I had never seen in my whole life. Her face was pale full of wrinkles with wraths all over,
Eyes buried deep in their sockets. Her arms and legs seemed to lack flesh just covered with layer of skin.
She was staring back at me with expressions as if she wanted to say something to me, but didn’t know
how to get along with me for a conversation. Finally I settled down and tried to be comfortable, but tried to
be careful. She kept staring me which I couldn’t tolerate and finally asked her if she had any problem if I
stayed there till day break? She nodded to say no. Finally I thought of asking her who she was and what
was she doing in those ruins. She spoke up with a deep painful voice. “I was once a beautiful maiden and
an only daughter of my parents that made me to be pampered and a proud child. I belonged to a middle
class family, but my parents took good care of me and tended me with love.
