INT. DRAMA’S KITCHEN - DAY
The Entourage is sitting in Drama’s kitchen. It is early in
the day and Turtle has just come back from a night with
JAMIE-LYNN SIGLER. Drama is making breakfast as usual. Drama
gestures to Vince and Eric in the direction of Turtle with a
smirk. Eric’s Blackberry is vibrating showing a call from
Ari. Eric lets it go to voice mail and doesn’t check the
message.
DRAMA
So? You gonna just sit there and
not tell us about your night?
TURTLE
You know me, Drama! Normally I
would be spilling my guts and
giving you a play-by-play. But,
today you are going to have come up

Drama turns on the radio to hear Jim Rome introducing the
first caller in The Smack off. We hear Jim Rome on the radio
announce a caller named, TERRANCE from SIERRA MADRE.

to The Smack off just to hear THE SLAM MAN, Comedian JAY
MOHR ripping on callers like VIC IN NO CAL and JEFF IN
RICHMOND.
As they arrive at HIGH VOLTAGE TATTOO aka. L.A. Ink, Kat Von
D, COREY MILLER, KIM SAIGH, HANNAH AITCHISON, and NAHEED
SIMJEE are all waiting for Vince, Eric, Drama, and
especially Turtle!

Turtle and Drama exit the Escalade, and Vince and Eric exit
the Maserati. Turtle looks blue in the face and even sickly.

through the glass windows sitting at his desk. There are

them, and than looks back over at Lloyd.

(Comes rushing into Ari’s
Office)

Lloyd Rushes back to desk, dials Eric.
INTERCUT WITH: ARI’S OFFICE AND L.A. INK
Eric’s phone rings he looks at it and sees that it is Ari’s
office calling for the 4th time today. Eric looks
frustrated, but takes the call.
LLOYD
Good morning, E, I have Ari for
you, he has good news!
ERIC
Thanks, Lloyd.
ARI
(Hears the sound of tattoo
needles in the background)
Good news? I have great fuckin’
news! You getting ink E? I didn’t
think your little Irish ass had the
balls to handle that!
ERIC
We’re at L.A. INK.
ARI

ERIC

ARI

about all the projects we want

things are about to change. I need
you and Vince to be at Warner’s at
1:00. We have a meeting.
ERIC
Warner’s at 1:00, today? You got to
be fucking kidding me! Is this a

ARI

Eric hangs up with Ari, and turns around to see Turtle
struggling with the idea of getting a tattoo as Kat Von D
prepares to lay ink into Turtles left arm.

TURTLE
Can you at least turn on The Smack
off on KLAC?
KAT
Sure.
Turns the radio station to KLAC to The Smack off.
VINCE
What did Ari want?
ERIC
We have a meeting with Dana Gordon
at 1:00.
VINCE
Really? Think we should go?
ERIC
No, but he told me that we wouldn’t
want to miss it.
Turtle gets into position on the table, as Kat starts
tattooing him. Drama watches with amazement as Turtle’s face
turns to horror as he starts to feel the needle.
DRAMA
Hang in there, Bro!
TURTLE
Easy for you to say, AAHH!
Turtle gives out a look of horror and pain.

Eric looks over to Drama.
ERIC
Vince and I have a meeting at
Warner’s, you all right on your
own?
DRAMA

ERIC
Take Turtle out to lunch or
something.
Eric hands Drama his credit card.
ERIC
We’ll hook up later.
DRAMA

Drama looks at Eric’s credit card smiling.

EXT. OUTSIDE L.A. INK ON THE STREET-DAY

Vince and Eric leave L.A. INK and go out onto the street
passing through some fans and other on-lookers. They get
into the Maserati and drive away. We see Turtle through the
window from the street struggling with the pain of getting
the tattoo. The crew, Kat, and Drama are trying not to
laugh.

CUT TO: WARNER BROS STUDIOS PARKING LOT, CORRIDOR, BUILDING

ENTRANCE-DAY
Eric, Vince, and Ari are getting out of each of their cars.
This is a walk-and-talk at Warner Brothers Studios from the
parking lot, through the front door. As they are walking in,
they pass a group of very hot girls.

VINCE

Gives a wave towards the hot girl, and then looks at her ass

Motioning for Eric and Vince to look around with him in

curious to hear what Dana Gordon

Ari Opens the door into the building.

INT. WARNER BROS. STUDIOS-DAY

And if we don’t like what we hear?

Ari looks and Vince, Blackberry in left hand, kind of
frustrated, not getting service in the elevator.
ARI
I am just asking you to listen,
that is it! Can you do that for me,
Vince?
ERIC
Do we have a choice?

INT. DANA GORDON’S OFFICE-DAY

Eric, Vince, and Ari enter into Dana Gordon’s office. Dana’s
very hot assistant KELLI greets them in the waiting area.
KELLI
Good afternoon. I am Kelli, Dana’s
Assistant. Can I get you anything
to drink? Dana will be just a
minute.
Dana comes out of her office, smiling, and very exited. She
moves towards Vince.
DANA
Vince, it is nice to see you. Can I
have my assistant get you anything?
Looking at Eric and Vince, and giving them both kisses on
the cheek.
DANA (CONT’D)
Ari.
VINCE
I’m fine thanks.
Dana motions for Vince, Eric, and Ari to sit down.
ARI
Can you believe I fucked her?
Looking at Dana like he is sizing her up.
DANA
That was a long time ago, Ari. I
didn’t call you to bring you here
to tell us of your tales of
premature ejaculation. Let’s talk
about this project for Vince.

Hands copies of the script to Vince, Ari, and Eric. Vince

looks at the title page of the script and notices that it
had been written by MICHAEL CRICHTON. He smiles quietly and
looks in the direction of Ari, Ari mouths to Vince, told ya!
DANA (CONT’D)
The movie is called, "The Incident"
It was written by Michael Crichton,
and adapted for screen by BRETT
RATNER. This was Crichton’s baby.
JERRY BRUCKHEIMER is producing.
ARI
I knew this was going to be a great
fuckin’ day!
DANA
It is about a man in his
late-twenties who was raised in
Northern Canada. While doing a
favor for an old friend, he gets
caught up in the middle of one of
this countries biggest
controversies and cover-ups. He
finds out his friend was
blackmailing the CIA with
information that could change the
history of these two countries. As
a result, Vince’s character finds
himself being sought after from
just about every agency in the
United States and Canadian
Governments. It is up to Vince’s
character to avoid being hunted
down by those who want this
information and to get this
information into the right people’s
hands before it is too late to save
the world from a nuclear war
between the US and Canada.
VINCE
You have my attention, I am not
going to lie. But, I am a little
bit apprehensive about jumping in
to a project here, just like that.
DANA
I understand your concerns, Vince,
we all do.
Looking around at everyone in the room trying to garnish
support.

After speaking with Brett and
Jerry, we all agreed, this part was
made for you. You have our complete
confidence, no bullshit.
ARI
Come on, Vin, what do you have to

ERIC
It is a chance to work with Jerry
Bruckheimer. You have always wanted
that.
Motions to Vince as he makes a point.
DANA
What do you think?
VINCE
I want to hear more about it.
ARI
This could be great for you,
Vinnie, for us too.
Looking at Eric and Dana.
VINCE
I don’t know what to say. Can I
think about it?
Ari looks at Eric for help in getting through to Vince that
this is a good project that we don’t want to pass on.
ERIC
It sounds like an amazing
opportunity.
Looking at Vince.
ERIC (CONT’D)
Besides, what else do we have going
on right now? Might be nice to get
away for a while. Plus, we could
use the cash.
DANA
We also think so, with Vince in it.
The only thing is, we need a

but since this project has been
green-lighted, Jerry is more than
anxious to start shooting.
VINCE
How soon?
DANA
Four weeks...We are shooting in
Vancouver, BC. The project has to
be completed before winter.
VINCE
What do you think, E?
Looking at E for some guidance.
ERIC
I would like to read it, but with
Brett and Jerry on board, it
probably won’t suck. What the hell,
let’s go for it.
ARI
I am happy we are coming to an
agreement, but my boy here isn’t
going anywhere until we can talk
cash.
Dana walks over to her desk and brings over a manila folder
and an envelope. She hands Vince the envelope and hands Ari
the manila folder.
DANA
With Oscar talk stirring up about
Vince’s performance and his recent
SCORESECE film about to hit
theaters,
Vince opens the envelope to find a check inside. Vince
slowly brings out the check, and looks at Ari, than Eric,
and then Dana as he starts to smile.
DANA (CONT’D)
we’ve decided, were not going to
fuck around on this one.
VINCE,
Ah, yeah, I Ah... don’t know what
to say...

Shocked as he looks at the check in his hand. He sits down

and doesn’t stop starring at the check.
DANA
Say yes, Vince.
Hands a pen to ARI.
ARI
Vin, what do you say, we gonna do
this? Huh, Buddy, we gonna do this?
Glances over the top of the check.
ARI (CONT’D)
It is a grea..t! SWEET FUCKING

Ari sees the check and realizes that it has been written for
six million dollars.
ARI (CONT’D)

VINCE
Canada, three months, ah?
ERIC
I hear Vancouver has some pretty

Dana, Eric, and Ari all look at Vince waiting for an answer.
There is a very long pause and dead silence in the room for
about 20 seconds. Vince stands up and looks over at Eric,
then Dana, then Ari. He lets out a gasp of air, stands up,
and then SHOUTS!
VINCE
LET’S GO MAKE A MOVIE!
Vince, Eric, Ari all hug laughing and sharing in the
celebration of the movie, the money, and the excitement of
it all!
ARI
TOLD YOU! Will you ever doubt me
again?
VINCE
We will see, but for now, THANK
YOU!
Vince hugs Dana and kisses her on the cheek.

DANA

Dana turns to Ari.
DANA (CONT’D)
Ari, we have to get Vince together
with Jerry and Brett in the next
few days. I will have my assistant
set it up.
ARI
Anything you want, Baby.
Motions to Dana in a sexual way as he implies they go to
Dana’s private bathroom and revive some old memories.
DANA
Ari.
ARI
Thank you. Seriously, thank you!
DANA
Go! Before I cancel the check and
change my mind.
Vince, Eric, Ari leave Dana’s office, passing Dana’s
assistant Kelli. Ari has a huge smile on his face, Eric,
follows suite, and Vince looks as calm as can be,
considering he has a check for six million in his pocket.
They get into the elevator.

CUT TO: EXT. WARNER BROS STUDIO PARKING LOT-LATE DAY

Vince, Eric, Ari, are just about in the parking lot at
Warner Bros, they are excited about the upcoming movie, but
soon turn their attention towards dinner and Turtle’s
birthday present.

ARI
You know boys, this calls for a
celebration. Dinner tonight, on me
at THE GEISHA HOUSE.
ERIC
Better be on you, we haven’t cashed
that check...not yet anyway!

VINCE
Abso-fuckin’-lutely. Shit, we
better check on Turtle.
Motions with his phone call the boys.
ARI
This is a special occasion.
ERIC
I think we should do that thing for
Turtle.
Motioning to Vince to ask Ari a question.
ERIC (CONT’D)
I think he would appreciate it.
VINCE
You’re right.
Looks at Ari.
VINCE
Ari...we need your help with
something.
ARI
Name it. Anything.
Vince, Eric, Ari leave the parking lot in their cars.

CUT TO: EXT. THE GEISHA HOUSE INSIDE - NIGHT.

We see a table with Vince, Eric, Drama, Turtle, Ari, MRS.
ARI, Lloyd, and Jamie-Lynn are having drinks and dinner. The
restaurant is filled with beautiful people. The ENTOURAGE is
enjoying themselves and celebrating both the new movie, and
Turtle’s birthday.
ARI
I would like to make a toast.
Holds glass in the Air.
ARI (CONT’D)
Happy birthday, Turtle! Here’s to
many more great years.
TURTLE
Thanks, Ari.
Ari turns to Vince.

I know it is Turtle’s birthday, but
what they hell? We have shared many
good times, and some I might like
to forget. Through all of it, I
have never stopped caring, never
stopped lovin’. I am so proud of
you. Happy too, but more than
anything, proud. You made a great
decision today, and thank you for
allowing me to be a part of it.
Ari is tearing up a bit.
ARI (CONT’D)
Thank you for believing in me, and
for listening to me. I always knew
we could do something great, and
now we are.
Looking at Mrs. Ari as she looks back with a tear in her
eye, and smiling in support.
ARI (CONT’D)
I knew that eventually we’d get
here. We are here. Hug it out. You

Motions to Eric to give him a man hug. Eric hugs Ari back.
ARI (CONT’D)
Sorry, Turtle, didn’t mean to take
anything away from your birthday.
TURTLE
Today is a celebration for all.

Turtle opens the box to find to a pair of rare sneakers
paint-brushed with the exact tattoo from his arm.

I took the sneakers to Kat the
other day, and told her when she
was done with your tattoo, I wanted
her to do the same design on these.

VINCE
We decided that this year, Drama,

Bring us a bottle.
The hot waitress brings over the bottle of Sapphire. Turtle
pours everyone a glass, looks at Jim Rome and the X4Ti Crew,
Jamie-Lynn, and finally, his boys. As they toast, Turtle has
just a few more words to say about his birthday.

YOU...It is going to be a great

We leave looking over the restaurant as The Entourage and
