Radio Bandipur is a leader in the field of radio broadcasting and related

services. Radio Bandipur is also an effective medium of advertisement for Gorkha/
Lamjung and Tanahun Districts at particular, serving to many satisfied clients.

Hence this document will act as the proposal to ADVERTISING AGENCY.

2. Radio Bandipur AT A GLANCE

Radio Bandipur 88.8 MHz is pioneer radio station of its type situated in Bandipur,
Tahanun District, Gandaki Zone. Run and managed by team of well-trained
journalists and promoted by reputed individuals it is among the most effective
medium with regards to listenership and coverage in the region.

The station is located 1050 m. above from sea level. Additional 100 ft. tall tower
with eight dipole antennas and 1000-watt transmission capacity provides crystal
clear coverage to audience from broad geographical regions. Equipped with state-
of-the-art digital broadcasting equipments, full digital acoustic studio,
uninterrupted power supply, 18 hour air time (5 am to 11 pm) it has reached
areas that were never reached before by any radios.

Tanahun, Gorkha, Lamjung, Manang, Kaski, Syanga, Baglung, Myagdi, Parbat,

Nuwakot, Nawalparasi and Palpa, Jumla, Arghakhanchi, Gulmi, Chitwan, Parsa,
Rasuwa, Mustang, Dhading are covered by our transmission.

3. SPECIFICS
This section contains the detail of the service, benefits of using Radio Bandipur’s
Service and the payment module.

A. Service Detail

Radio Bandipur will provide advertisement service to CLIENT. The service will
contain the following:

• Broadcast of advertisement in Spot or Volume based units.

• Developing the advertisement to suit local needs.

B. Advertisement Rate

The cost for the advertisement service for Advertising Agencies has been described
as following:

C. Terms and Conditions

Radio Bandipur will provide agreed air time to CLIENT.

2. Radio Bandipur will have editorial rights upon advertisement
according to station policy.
3. Order should be placed 24 hours prior to air time unless
very urgent.
4. Order can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours prior to air
time, after that 25 percent cancellation charge applies.
5. The contract will be terminated on any of the following
conditions:
• Any of the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement is breached.
• Offends the terms and conditions set by the Government.
• Offends the law of Nepal government.

4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Radio Bandipur will provide instant support and answers any queries within 12 hours
of inquiry.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT
This document (including any attachments or enclosures) contains confidential
information intended for a specific individual and purpose. If you are not the
intended recipient, you should destroy this document immediately. Any disclosure,
copying, or distribution of this document, or the taking of any action based on it, is
strictly prohibited.

6. SUMMARY
This proposal is sent by Radio Bandipur to CLIENT to provide information of Radio
Bandipur’s service. This service is beneficial to CLIENT and intended Listeners in
various ways to attract and provide faster information dissemination to build brands
or advertise products/ services.
