A new IT building, a Graduate School Building, and a building for two-year courses will be
constructed. Your task is to provide a budget proposal to install a network for the three
buildings. The three new buildings must be interconnected. The proposal should contain the
one-time costs and the monthly fixed costs. You are also tasked to come up with a preliminary
documentation of the entire network. This document should contain everything from user
requirements to user security policy.

You may use relevant assumptions to some items that are not clear but this has to be explicitly
noted.
