Game Plan Praise & Prayer
1. We are thankful for the many new people coming so serve
alongside us. Recent orientation courses have been FULL.
2. Praise the Lord for the Malei NT being completed and pray
that the people would read and use God’s Word.
3. Pray for clear direction/wisdom as Tim “designs” a human
resources department in Ukarumpa.
4. Home assignment: direction for the year and travel arrange-
ments. We have a family that will rent our house in Ukarumpa
and we’re thankful for the church housing in Lancaster.

Tim, as part of the Leadership Team, has been researching how to

maximize the benefit of having a Human Resources department
within the branch. With a workforce of 250 paid employees and
another 300+ in the expatriate workforce that represents over
20 different nationalities, it is a real challenge to meet the needs
of all that are here to accomplish God’s work. It has been an
involved process including many meetings with various
representatives from all aspects of the workforce. Kim continues
in Member Care helping new people transition to Ukarumpa. She
is also the hostess for our branch conference at the end of March,
being responsible for the international guest’s flights and 5. We will need to buy a car. Pray for a reliable and inexpensive

6. We praise the Lord for God’s provisions for the girls during
Photo Board the Christmas break. What a blessing that was to us too!
7. Pray for Kelsey to finish well and for wisdom and direction as
she starts applying for a job.
8. Tyler, Kayla’s boyfriend is looking for an apartment to rent in
Harrisburg.
