The Objectives of this Workshop:

o To identify the origins of risk management in institutions and projects and


other events and their importance
o Mechanism for determining the duties and functions of the risk group in
institutions according to their activities
o Mechanism to identify the most important types of risks and its levels
o Emphasis on the need the presence of a clear strategy for risk
management
o Identify the general framework for the risk management
o The importance of creating the prevention strategies from the disasters
o The importance of developing plans for evacuation and rescue
operations and rapid intervention during crises
o Definition of the most important psychological needs for survivors
o The assets and the importance of accident investigation
At the end of the workshop there will be an addendum to the new concepts
we adopt together in the discussion and dialogue to bring most of the
participants to their findings and personal convictions of such knowledge,
and linked these findings with their institution reality and persons working
on it. In the same time they will judge by themselves about their ability to
motivate their colleagues and other individuals in away make them
response and serve rescue operations in the minimum human and material
losses in shortest possible time through the work of a harmonious
integrated team.

o Each has his turn in prevention danger to individuals and property
(citizens, industry, governments and organizations)
o Types and dimensions of the crisis and the most important causes.
o Preventive measures of crises and the response required to address
them
o An overview of the most important principles of crisis management
