Development (R & D) Department it Connecting Village Roads, the Central
Government allots funds for State Rural Developments. We have Preparation for
Detailed Project Report for the work Various District Road in Tamilnadu. Total Length of
Road – 200 KM ( Thoothukudi, Virudhunagar and Madurai District)

Responsibilities:
o Making pre quantity surveying for contracts documents on culverts, bridges, flyover and
roads.
o Provide preliminary works cost estimates to establish feasibility and detailed estimates
for budget guidance, committee approval and later financial monitoring.
o Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Rates, Activity Schedules and associated
contractual documentation.
o Checking, evaluation and reporting on bills received by our subcontractors.
o Negotiate contractual submissions, minor issues and claims with contracting
professionals.
o Coordinating between design consultant and the execution team.
o Monitoring the site progress as per the approved methodology.
o Monitoring the site Engineer and Supervisors for proper documentation of the
completed work and getting its approval from Client.
o Following the structure design issues with consultant and getting its approval.
o Coordination with Planning, QC, Store, Procurement & Mechanical Departments to
achieve targets.
o Updating the daily progress of Structures with site Engineer.
o Discussion of issues with management to resolve for smooth progress.
o Discussion with Sub-Contractors of issues with site problems and to resolve for smooth
progress.
o Monitoring Road Safety, Utility works (Water line, Electrical works) and LPS for Land
Acquisition for different projects.
o Completion of bridges, Culvert according to the scheduled time.
