Position 1: Tax Analyst - Human Capital

Qualification: B.Com, BBM(Finance), B.Sc (Math and Statistics), M.Sc (Math &
Statistics), M.Com

Skills: Detail oriented, good listener, ability to multi-task, good written and oral
communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team
environment.
Knowledge of good accounting skills will be an added advantage.
Human Capital is the US Individual Taxation stream with primary focus
on tax returns of Expatriates (US Citizens on assignments overseas)
and Inpatriates (Foreign citizens on assignment in the US).

Responsibilities: A tax compliance analyst:


Is expected to analyze data provided by client to determine the type of
return to be prepared.
Once the determination is done, the analyst would prepare the return
using firm approved software/application.
Would then review his/her work before making the product ready for
senior level review.

Adequate training will be provided to acquaint the analyst with necessary skills to start
working on US tax returns. Analysts will continue to learn on-the-job thereby sharpening
their tax knowledge.

Position 2: Associate- Assurance

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com

Skills: Basic accounting and book keeping, robust logical and reasoning skills,
interest in business and commerce, good written and oral
communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team
environment.

Responsibilities: Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic


analysis of the financial statements and communicate them to
the GSS assurance senior/assurance manager.
Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit
procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, onshore team’s
workstep allocation, and planned audit approach.
Challenge procedures used in the past by onshore and GSS assurance
teams and attempt to enhance audit techniques.
Compare efficiency of audit procedures performed across different
clients and suggest ideas for improvement.
Maintain a strong client focus, be responsive to onshore client team
requests, and develop/maintain productive working relationships with
onshore team contacts.

Position: Associate- Engagement Management Support

Qualification: B.A/B.Sc/M.Sc/ M.A

Skills: Effective communication skills – both written and oral, proficient in


Word/PowerPoint/Excel, possess strong analytical Skills and
confidence.

Responsibilities: Your main objective is to provide Information Management,


Coordination, Account Management services globally to Human capital,
Business Tax Compliance, L&D (Learning and Development) and Q&RM
(Quality and Risk Management) groups within EY.
Work closely in team to carry out the day to day activities of Data
processing/ Information Management / Account Management of the
process and meet the objectives.
Adherence to the Service Charter/ SLA’s

Aptitude Test comprises of (Accounting*,
Analytical, Verbal and MS Excel)

Salary:
For all the above positions: 2.12 lakhs p.a - 2.33 lakhs p.a

Work timing: 9.30 a.m to 6 p.m

there is no shift work and employees will be required to work the regular day from 9.30 am
to 6 pm. You may be required to work extra hours to accommodate client needs.
