The African American theory is the most suitable one to analyze the text.

This theory discussed the texts

written by black people to view the oppression that was happening in that time in a very clear and cruel
way, so from the keywords and the attitude of the text, we can consider the African American theory
the best approach to critique the text.

The dominant hegemony in the text is the dominance of white people over the means of production and
how they have the priority in all life matters.

the prominent attitude is the way Negro is confronting the white people. How he speaks clearly about
the oppression, realizing that he is mistreated by those people. He sees how these people represent the
ruling class without any qualifications that qualify them to be in such a position and he confronts them
with his opinion as well.

The most recurring word is "white people", it signifies the racial discrimination among the society in
which the text was written.

The oppressors are the white people, and the oppressed are the negros. We can see the oppression very
clear and how it is viewed in the meaning that white people took all the good jobs and all the good living
areas and left only crumbs to others like the Negro. And how those white people represent the haves,
controlling everything and take advantage of the labor-power of the black people.

2- It is a set of theories with a unique perspectives of literature and politics that are mentioned in
specific texts. the critics of this literary school are concerned with works of the colonial powers and how
they glorified their victories, also how they view the colonized population as savages and pre-histroic.
The critics also studies the works that are produced by colonized countries and how they viewed the
suffering and destruction that happened after the colonization. this theory studies the elements that
were affected by the hegemony of the colonial power, such as economics, religion, culture and politics
and how it is mentioned in the context. we can see examples of such texts for the writer Chinua Achebe
and Ngugi wa Thiong and how they viewed the suffering and humiliation of the population under the
rule of the colonial power. We can also see texts that are written by authors whose countries weren't
colonized yet they managed to write a very well text that describes such relationships, between the
colonizer and the colonized, as well.
