Doctrine should be in BOLD.

Ruling should be ITALICIZED.

• If the title of the case is in PINK, it means that there are
changes that need to be made to your case digest.

• If it is in GREEN, the case digest that you’ve submitted is

approved. So no more changes necessary.

• If the column “Topic under Book 1 Reyes” is in RED, it means

that we want you to put the article number applicable for your
case digest. Or that we want you to put “Gen. Provision –
specific topic” (i.e. Gen. Provision – Corpus Delicti)
• Put space between PONENTE and DOCTRINE;
• Revise DOCTRINE to make it more concise;
• Revise Rulings and Facts to make it more concise;
• Place space in between the last respective paragraphs of
