REQUIREMENTS:

 Authenticating letter from college HoD mentioning that the work submitted is genuine and they
have endorsed copyrights for the same and with the name of Participant(s) and stating the unit shall
abide by whatever may be the final results and also agree that this entry is property of both the
institute and NASA India.

 Declaration by the participant(s) stating the work submitted is genuine and they have endorsed
copyrights for the same and to adhere by all the rules and regulations, jury process and the results.

DANCE
REQUIREMENTS:

Short listed entries must submit their soundtrack online prior to competition and bring their own
CD. The track should be in an uncompressed format. It is recommended that you bring a backup CD
or flash drive. (A second backup can be on a phone)

BEST THESIS TROPHY

REQUIREMENTS:

 The report and the sheets should bear the College stamp and HOD’s signature on the
backside of the sheet, at the right bottom corner verifying the same.
 Person whose thesis is being presented should explain his/her work through a 3-5-minute
video. This video shall be put into a CD and submitted during trophy registration by the Unit
Secretary. It is recommended to carry the same in a pendrive also for a backup.
 The report shall necessary be hard bound and shall carry the NASA INDIA logo as per the
logo guidelines only on the cover page.

 All sheets and reports should bear the College stamp and HOD’s signature on the backside of
the sheet, at the right bottom corner verifying the same.
 The entire presentation should be complied within two 8’X 4’ for the sheets and two stools
for reports (Where in the first panel will comprise the works of first, second, third year work
and the second panel will have the works of fourth and final year students.)
 Soft copy of submission in pdf to be brought in CDs/DVDs or Pen Drives.
