 [NEW] Nahimic 3: audio driver update

This process is requested when your meet following issues:
 How to install Realtek and Nahimic 2+

“My audio driver is up-to-date and my computer is compatible with Nahimic3 but the application  Gigabyte/Aorus notebooks models
is saying the opposite” supported by Nahimic 3
 When I try to download Nahimic 3 on
“I used to have Nahimic 3 working, and stopped after a Windows Update” the store, There is an error message,
why?
 What do I need to use Nahimic 3?

Before starting the process, please check Nahimic 3 supported model
 [NEW] [MSI] Sound Sharing cannot be

Also turn off your Internet connection, this will avoid auto-updates from Windows supported by Nahimic 3
which could impact this fix.

1. Download our Audio Driver  I've updated to Nahimic 3 but my PC is

2. Install it

2.1. Right-click on Install.bat and Run it as Administrator.

2.2 After driver installed, you should see the following information displayed:

3. Uninstall Nahimic 3 application

You should find the application in Windows menu "Apps & features"

4. Re-install Nahimic 3 application from Microsoft Store

5. Reboot your PC and here you go!

To avoid this kind of issue we recommend you to allow on your computer both:

Windows Store update (for Nahimic 3)

Windows Update (for your drivers)

OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit 1903/19H1/18362.x or more recent.

Hardware requirements : MSI/GIGABYTE/AORUS/ASRock NH3
motherboards/notebooks.

Install/Update Process :

CLEANUP

If you already had Realtek (HD) Audio Driver, Realtek Audio Control, Nahimic 3
installed
Uninstall them (Start > Settings > Apps) then restart your PC

- Launch Driver Store Explorer > Check the boxes of all versions of drivers which .inf
starts with (if you find them) : a-volute | avolute | hdx | nahimic | realtek
- Check the box "Force Deletion" > Click on the "Delete Package" button > Restart your
PC

INSTALL

- Launch "Install.cmd" by right-click Run as admin > Automatic restart when install is
done
- Automatic install of Realtek Audio Control after rebooting, if not, install it manually : Link
- Install Nahimic 3 : Link

UPDATE

- Launch "Install.cmd" by right-click Run as admin > Automatic restart when install is
done

Note : Realtek Audio Control + Nahimic 3 will be updated automatically via Microsoft
Store.
