ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON NEW POSITIVE CASES:

➢ 2 patients (Female, 36 and 4yrs respectively) detected as COVID19 positive on DAY 0

PCR test upon arrival in Mauritius. Patients travelled from Madagascar and arrived in
Mauritius on flight MK 289 on the 24th of September 2020. Passengers had negative PCR
Test Result for COVID-19 at port of embarkation. Patients have been transferred to New
ENT Hospital.

➢ 1 patient, female 61yrs, travelled from France to Mauritius on flight MK 113, arrived on the
27th of September 2020. Patient had a negative PCR Test result for COVID-19 at port of
embarkation. Day 0 test upon arrival in Mauritius gave positive result. Patient has been
transferred to New ENT Hospital.
