Consideraciones para solicitudes de pedido

Considerations for request orders
- Las mesadas pueden pedirse con o sin pileta.

- Con o sin orificio para grifería y dosificador
- En todos los casos se debe especificar el requerimiento de borde antiderrame.
- Las tipologías de respaldos para mesadas son: "Respaldo, Pestaña e Isla”. Las dos primeras incluye en su
precio el respaldo o pestaña. A las mesadas tipo Isla se les puede incorporar s/pedido la terminación RIAX
con el cargo correspondiente
- Las tipoligías de respaldo disponibles, correspondiente a cada espesor de mesada, tienen el mismo precio.
- Se deben constatar la existencia de falsa escuadra y/o mochetas. Se recuerda que la fabricación siempre se
basa en ángulos rectos.
- Todos los pedidos deberan enviarse con un croquis donde se acoten los datos: largo, ancho, falsa escuadra,
mochetas, tipología de respaldo, orificio para pileta y/o grifería, ubicacion de pileta, opcionales, etc.

Consideraciones para solicitudes de pedidos

- El dibujo de la mesada y RIAX, debe representar la ubicación de cada tramo, con su medida ajustada a obra indicando la
ubicación de tapas de cierre y de tapas de cierre adicionales.
- Para la confección de pedidos de tramos RIAX, se recomienda unificar longitudes de tramos parciales para contar con
la menor cantidad de pedido de piezas.
- Cada tramo RIAX se prevee con unos centímetros extras sobre la medida solicitada para su ajuste en obra.
- El tramo de longitud máxima (400 cm) solo presenta 0,5 cm extra para ajuste en obra.
- Utilizar adhesivo con características de "sellador elástico monocomponente, libre de solventes para soportes porosos y
no porosos" o para metales". Johnson recomienda para una correcta terminación el uso de selladores transparentes y
con fungicida.
- Para los cortes de ajuste en los tramos de acero en obra se debe utilizar "ingletera o amoladora angular con disco Tyrolit
tipo 41F de 1 mm de esp. máximo, u otro similar para acero inoxidable con la expecificación "No contaminante".
Consideratiosn for request orders
- Contertop and RIAX sketch must represent each section's location, with its ajdusted measure at site, pointing end caps
and additional end caps location.
- For RIAX requesting it is recommended to unify section's lenghts so that a lower amount of pieces are ordered.
- Each RIAX section is delivered with a few additional inches over the requested lenght so it can be adjusted at site.
- Maximun lenght section ( 157”7/16 ) only provides 0"3/16 additional lenght for site adjustment.
- Use adhesive with "monocomponent elastic sealant, free of reliable for porous support and not porouns" features, or
for metals". Johnson recommends the use of transparent seleant with fungicide for a correct finish.
- For site adjustment cuts of a steel sections it must be used angular grinder with Tyrolit disc type 41F of 1 mm thick
maximum, or a similar one for stainless steel with the specification " Not contaminante".

Considerations for its installation
- To install the soap dispenser the hole must be 1”1/8 inches of diameter. Its location in relation to one end of the
countertop must be indicated.
- Anticipate the noninvasion of some zones underneath the countertop, which are occupied by some parts of the cabinet
or accessories.
- Possible location zones: on the back line of the sink, on the corner or the side of the sink.

Importante: utilizar detergentes sintéticos para vajillas en el llenado de la botella. No utilizar cremas limpiadoras u
otros productos abrasivos.

EMBALAJE / PACKING Actualmente hay dos tipos de embalajes, se detallan a continuacion / There are two types of packing available, described
as follows:
1 - Para mesadas de / For countertops of:

a. Espesor 3 cm / Thickness 1”1/8 inches
b. Ancho hasta 70 cm / Width up to 27”1/2 inches
c. Largo hasta 230 cm / Length: up to 90”9/16 inches
2 - Para mesadas de / For countertops of:

a. Ancho mas de 70 cm / Width: over 27”1/2 inches
b. Largo mas de 230 cm / Length: over 90”9/16 inches
c. Todas las mesadas de 5 cm de espesor / Thickness: all 2” inches
El primero se realiza con cell-air, puntera de cartón y luego se embolsa, el segundo es un embalaje especialmente
reforzado con vinilo, cell-air, aglomerado y telgopor en todo su perimetro. / In Option (1), countertops are packed with
cell-air material, cardboard end cap, and then placed into bags. In Option (2), countertops are packed with a specially
reinforced material made of vinyl, cell-air, particle board and Expanded Polystyrene along countertop perimeter.

Lavar con abundante agua después de su uso y secar con paño limpio o papel de cocina. Es importante cuidar el secado,
ya que ello evita la formación de manchas. / Wash with plente of water arfter using it an dry it with a clean cloth or kitchen
paper. It is important to take care of drying, as this avoids stains to be formed.
Se pueden utilizar detergentes domésticos o cremas limpiadoras (limpiador multiuso de primera marca) que no contengan
cloro, amoníaco o abrasivos. Luego enjuagar y secar. / Ordinary dishwashing liquids or cleaning creams without chlorine or
abrasives an be used. Then rinse with water and dry it.
En manchas persistentes use un poco de vinagre blanco caliente. / Use a little hot white vinegar for persistent stains.
Para la limpieza del producto se recomienda el uso de cepillos o esponjas de fibra de nylon, las metálicas pueden provocar
rayas o dejar restos de material incrustado. / It is suggested to use nylon fiber brushes or sponges for the product cleaning.
Metallic ones can make lines or leave rests of inlaid material.
No exponga el acero inoxidable a lavandinas (lejías), aguas duras o salobres, de hacerlo, lave con abundante agua y seque
la superficie con un paño suave. / Don't expose the stainless steel to bleach, hard or briny water, if you do, wash th surface
with plenty of water and dry it with a smooth cloth.
No utilice estropajos o esponjas metálicas. / Don't use scourers or metallic sponges.
No deposite sobre la superficie objetos de hierro oxidados o mojados. / Don't put rusted iron or wet objects on the surface.
No deje bajo la pileta, mesada de acero inoxidable ó interior de muebles de este material, frascos abiertos de detergentes,
lavandina u otros productos por tiempo prolongado.Los vapores son agresivos a los metales. / Don't leave open bottles of
dishwashing liquids, bleach or other chemical products for a long time under the sink, the stainless steel worktop or inside
the furniture. The steam is aggressive to metals.
Evite contacto del acero con partículas y restos de cal, cementos o pinturas, que puedan mancharlo. / Avoid contact of steel
with lime, cement or paints as they may stain it.
Nota: es importante que estas orientaciones sean trasmitidas a la persona encargada de la limpieza del amoblamiento.
Para evitar posibles pérdidas de agua, se recomienda la utilización de sifón con unión roscada a la sopapa, que garantiza
una instalación adecuada y segura.
