NEW CONSTRUCTION
IXPS foam is a new material. The IXPS foam
is originated from the XPS foam, a Japanese chemical
technology. Besides, it has made improvement on its
capability so that it is more suitable for shaping and
riding surfboards.
It is glassed with epoxy resin and some kind of polyes-
ter resin. It isn't the conventional PU system; it's recy-
clable and environmentally friendly. IXPS Foam is very
White, light, durable, and with a good flex. Weight is
EPS and an about the same feeling, Density is very
airtight and quality to exceed PU. This foam is suitable
THIS CORE GIVES YOU THE QUIET, SMOOTH,
FEELING OF A POLYURETHANE BOARD BUT THE
LIGHTNESS OF AN EPS BOARD. FULLY WATER-
PROOF, IF YOU GET A SMALL DING, YOU DON’T
