II. QLM Report and Feedback; • Last QLM Meeting seemed a success. The use of the chapel had its
Future Dates positive and negative sides. The people who attended seemed to enjoy the

Martinez. took care of the refreshments for this QLM but the Parish will provide in the
future.
• A Reminder: All Board Members must attend the QLM Meetings!

• Future Meetings are planned for May 21: Arturo Cedillo, Tavale Tavale, and Tere, Sel, and

Spiritual Gifts; Fundraising • Come up with some creative fundraising for our Parish. Try to get as many
Continued members as possible to volunteer to help. For instance, the Luau in the
past included people in the parish and people outside of the parish. The
word spreads when these kind of events happen and add to our fundraising
success.
• Families need to be included in the fundraising events, as well as young
people, seniors, etc. A Valentine's Dance would be a good event to have
the youth involved. Board Members need to show leadership at these
events.
• Sport Court: Future fundraisers include another Rummage Sale in Rummage Sale in
February. Takes 6-8 weeks to prepare for the Rummage Sale. Everyone is February
invited to come and help!
• Future dates need to be set for the parish picnic, etc. Think about it so it Set future dates. ASAP
can be discussed at the next meeting.
Finances, etc. • Christmas Collections added up to over $39,000
Allen Harman • Two new Staff Members: Melia Campbell in Accounting and Lupe Rios as
Director of Liturgy/Music. Welcome!
• Casino Night Fundraiser for the school is on February 11th at the El
Camino Country Club.
• The issue of the Fellowship Building next to the school is still up in the air.
The School is opposed to the building of a rehab center next to the school.
