Education Online Services Corporation and Kentucky State University announce educational
partnership to implement multiple online degree programs.

Corp.) announced today that Dr. Benjamin F. Chavis Jr., President of Education Online Services
Corporation and Dr. Mary Evans Sias, President of Kentucky State University have signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to facilitate the implementation of an educational partnership
between the two parties and the development of multiple online degree programs.

Education Online Services Corporation enables colleges and universities to maximize online higher
education by providing them with cutting edge technology to compete in the 21st century distance
learning space. With the primary goal of producing high caliber online graduates, Education Online
Services Corporation will work closely with the admissions, financial aid, and academic departments at
Kentucky State University to roll out strategic marketing and recruitment plans. These plans will expand
the schools' prestigious brand and increase enrollments by attracting students to these new online degree
programs.

Specifically, the MOU outlines how EOServe Corp. will assist Kentucky State University initially with
the development and deployment of multiple comprehensive undergraduate online degree programs
which will be supported by recruitment, enrollment, retention, and graduation coaching services provided
by EOServe Corp. Online classes are scheduled to begin this fall.
