Costumes

You have 7 costume slots:

1. Costume suit
2. Hair
3. Top
4. Bottom
5. Gloves
6. Shoes
7. Weapon
Why costumes are important:
● Extra sockets (all costume pieces give 1 extra socket, IB weapons give 2 extra sockets)
○ If you are not familiar with socketing, please refer to this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufuYFtpNBPM.
● Certain costumes (namely IB costumes) give good stats/powerful set effects
● Costumes are nice to have because of cosmetics

Just like how you will need a different armor set for PVP and PVE, you will need two costume sets for PVP and PVE. However, this is
not as crucially important as having two armor sets. If you are low on funds you can avoid getting two costume sets and it shouldn’t
be your top priority either. But regardless, you should have at least one costume set.

Your first costume set

● Event Dungeon costumes
○ Go to the Dungeon tab, then the event tab. At least one of the current event dungeons generally will give items that
can be traded to Ariel for a permanent, non-bankshareable costume.
● IM costumes
○ You can buy costume pieces from the IM for ed in the ed shop section of the IM.
○ You can also buy IM costumes with k-ching or buy from a k-ching seller.
● Board
○ Check the board often. Sometimes you will see cheaper costume pieces being sold there.

IB costume sets
If you are not familiar with what IB costumes are, please refer to this link here: https://elwiki.net/w/Ice_Burners. You ultimately want
an IB costume set because they have better stats than other costumes and IB weapons give 2 sockets.

Stats you generally want for PVE IB sets in order of priority:

● Adaptation
● Polarize
● Physical/Magical Attack Power Increase
● Critical Damage
● All Skill Damage
● Critical
● Maximize

Suggestions for PVE IB sets:

● Henir Lord of Time and Space (HL) ⅘ (generally people don’t get the hair)
● Salvatore Rosso (SR) 5/5
● Evil Tracer 3 (ET3) 5/5
● White Dragon: Servius (WDS) 5/5
● Mariposa Requiem (MR) 5/5
● Dusk and Dawn Sovereign (DD) 5/5
● Black Mass - Judgement (BM) 5/5
● Shaviana Truffles (ST) 5/5
● Nereid 5/5
● Brilliant Knight (BK) 5/5
● Divinity of the Seven Realms (7w) 5/5
Currently 7w is the generally the strongest 5/5 IB set.
*5/5 means the hair, top, bottom, gloves and shoes piece

The cooldown time of almost all consumables is 30 seconds. You can reduce the cooldown time of your consumables with the
seasonal IB effect. If you have 3 or more pieces from the IB set that is currently on sale/in rotation, the cooldown of all consumables
is reduced to 5 seconds. This isn’t a necessity/more of a min/max thing, but for content like Berthe raid it is worth considering getting
the current IB for the sake of this effect.

you are interested in speed runs, etc. You switch this accessory in and out for
fights like 12-7 phase 3 (since Rosso raid runs are a lot faster now,
sometimes it’s not worth switching in and out COH), certain stages in henir,

If you were not planning on farming this accessory, I would suggest before
buying it that you at least get the title Forginay’s Fruit from 12-2 (if you don’t
have Eclipse already). If you don’t get the drop by the time you get the title,
then buy it.

This accessory isn’t that good. It’s only good for the 2% adapt, but if you have
