Dossier Technique “Chauffage-Climatisation & Sanitaire des Bâtiments :
Ce dossier se divise en 4 parties (5 si on rajoute le local technique) essentiellement sous
forme de plans d’installations de chauffage, de climatisation, d’alimentation en eau froide et chaude et d’évacuation des eaux usées.
Ce travail se fera dans le cadre du projet de fin d’études où une partie seulement du projet d’architecture sera choisie pour réaliser les plans cités auparavant
Travail Demandé :
Pour chaque sujet (Chauffage, climatisation, alimentation et évacuation) l’étudiant doit
réaliser les plans nécessaires à l’exécution des travaux correspondant au secteur sélectionné mais aussi tous les détails nécessaires de l’ensemble des éléments constituants :
-système de chauffage : cas standard chauffage centralisé à eau chaude avec chaudière et radiateurs (d’autres systèmes de chauffages sont acceptés surtout ceux qui peuvent être classés à caractères innovants ou environnementaux) ou on doit représenter la chaudière et son emplacement dans le local technique, la pompe d’alimentation, les différents réservoirs et accessoires , les tuyaux d’alimentation et de retour vers la chaudière, le circuit de distribution et la répartition des radiateurs sur le plan
- Le système de climatisation : cas standard de climatisation centralisée avec des
conduites de transport et des diffuseurs et un système central de production de froid (d’autres systèmes ou moyens de climatisation sont acceptés s’ils s’avèrent efficaces ou innovants). Comme pour le système de chauffage on doit représenter l’ensemble des éléments qui constituent le système en partant de la machine de climatisation, des conduites d’alimentation en air conditionné, du système de retour, du placement des distributeurs d’air pour avoir une bonne répartition d’air dans tout l’espace considéré.
- Le système sanitaire : Il s’agit de réaliser les plans correspondants à l’alimentation en
eau chaude et froide mais aussi de représenter l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires : réservoirs, systèmes d’eau chaude, chemin des tuyaux, gaines techniques, …
Le même travail sera à faire pour le système d’évacuation d’eaux usées.
Remarque : Il est intéressant de pouvoir faire le calcul des différents systèmes évoqués ci-dessus de manière à bien dimensionner les éléments de chacun d’entre eux. Technical File "Heating-Air Conditioning & Sanitary for Buildings:
This file is divided into 4 parts (5 if we add the mechanical room) mainly as plans for heating, cooling, hot and cold water supply and wastewater disposal.
This will be done in the frame of the architectural project where only a part of the project will be selected to achieve the previously mentioned plans.
Required work:
For each topic (Heating, air conditioning, supply and drainage) the student must achieve the necessary plans to the execution of works corresponding to the selected sector but also all the necessary details of all the constituent elements:
Heating system: standard central heating system with hot water, boiler and radiators is considered (other heating systems are accepted especially those that can be classified as innovative environmental or sustainable) where you must represent the boiler and its location in the mechanical room, the feed pump, the various tanks and accessories, supply and return pipes to the boiler, the distribution network and distribution of radiators on the map.
- The air conditioning system: Standard air conditioning centralized case with pipelines and diffusers and a central system of cooling production (other systems or air conditioning systems are accepted if they are sustainable or innovative). As for the heating system you must represent all the elements that constitute the system from the air conditioning unit, the supply lines for air conditioning, the feedback system, the placement of air distributors to have a good air distribution throughout the considered area.
- The sanitary system: This is to realize the plans corresponding to hot and cold water but also represent all the necessary elements: tanks, hot water systems, pipes, shafts.
The same work will be done to the sewage disposal system.
Note: It is interesting to be able to calculate the various systems mentioned above in order to find the good dimension for each constituent element.
