1. To enroll enter your TPL ID (Eg. Tpl1234) and enter your current login password that you
use to access Email/ Windows Login.

2. After you login system will navigate you to the enrollment screen

3. Select two security questions (Same will be prompted to you when you need to Unlock or reset the
password.). Click on update to update the security questions and process is complete.

B. If you forget your password or need to unlock your account.

For users on the corporate network, you will get a link on the Login Window itself.

For users coming via Internet.

1. Access the URL - http://tplselfservice.tataprojects.com (You can save this as your one of your
favorites)
2. Click on Reset Password or Unlock Account as the case maybe

3. Enter your TPL ID and click on continue.

4. Answer the security questions and click on continue.

5. Give your new password and click on Reset password.

To Unlock The account

1. Select Unlock Account at Home page http://tplselfservice.tataprojects.com

2. Enter your TPL ID and click on continue.
