Bankruptcy of South Africa

Well, it’s hidden in plain sight, really.

Most is expressed with subtlety in Chapter 1 of Jannie Rossouw’s SARB History, functions and
Institutional structure but the fact remains that humanity has never risen from the dependency
syndrome to “con-duct” commerce with the King’s “money” especially since the fall of man and
the “anointed ones” took control over our lives to the present day.

The bankruptcy:- defined as the inability to pay debtsdebts . In bankruptcy of a publicly owned
entitypublicly owned entity , the ownership of the firm'sfirm's assetsassets is transferredtransferred
from the stockholdersstockholders to the bondholdersbondholders .

When you carefully compare this chapter with the more expansive view of what happened to Africa
as a whole detailed in the attachment document, you might accept my assertion that the “financial
and economic turmoil” in the period after the Great War (later known as World War I)
demonstrated the advantages of establishing a central bank was the problem-reaction-solution to file
for a reorganization bankruptcy involving and coinciding with the establishment of the Union of
South Africa in 1910. The agenda, memorandum and minutes of the first annual meeting of the
SARB was allegedly destroyed, as I was told by Jannie Rossowu when I was invited to have “tea”
with him earlier in the year. I use 1920 as a point in time because my forensic investigation took me
straight to 17 December 1920

THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA was from the beginning and still is a corporation or
“political entity”

Definition: Body Politic. Government, corporations. 1. When applied to the government this phrase
signifies the state. 2. As to the persons who comprise the body politic, they take collectively the
name, of people, or nation, and individually they are citizens, when considered in relation to their
political rights, and subjects as being submitted to the laws of the state. 3. When it refers to
corporations, the term body politic means that the members of such corporation shall be considered
as an artificial person. Bouvier’s Law Dictionary, 1856

Google: Republic of South Africa and SEC and it leads straight to

centralization of decision making and where we are heading now.

A simple totalitarian-tip-toe step to “re-organise” the now escalated “global debt” and to be dealt
with by the IMF and its SDR’s.
As I commented in the beginning, it cannot be hidden more clearly in plain sight!
