PROCEDURE IN THE ISSUANCE OF

CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING

1. Certificate of good standing fee is PhP500.00 and good for 3 years;

2. COGS should bear dry seals of the ISAE & the current Presiden!
3. On top of the PhP500.00 for COGS there is additional fee of PhP500.00 per year for the last three (3)
immediate years before renewal for not participating to tiSAE National Convention or its
equivalent. If in case the applicant for renewal of PRC license participated in the ISAE AnCon for
a year within the 3 immediate years, he shall pay only PhP500.00x2years. For 2 years participatiory
PhP500.00*1year is required for paymen!
4. PSAE Official Receipt shall be issued accordingly to the member renewing his PRC license for the
purposes stated above.
5. For members in distance (Luzon Visayas & Mindanao) from Metro Manila, they are required to
pay the corresponding amount to t€AE Land Bank Account Number 07021,0032L The bank
deposit slip shall be scanned and emailed to ['SAE National secretary pristine.psae@gmail.com cc:
the President lito.angeles@gmail.com, the Executive Director berntadeopsae@gmail.com, the
treasurer elmcast@hotmail.com &the auditor cnnamoc@yahoo.com for transparency and
accountability. Text message should be sent to the National Executive Secretary to noti{y for the
payment along with the following information: PRC registration number and date, and year of
membership to ISAE;
6. Additional handling fee of PhP120 shall be paid to the same PSAE account number for courier
handling (LBC or DHL) unless the renewing member would like to visit the national tsAE Office
for the OR & COGS documents;
7. Upon receipt of the bank deposit slip, the ISAE Executive Secretary shall send via courier the
COGS and the original PSAE OR to the member seeking renewal. Notification to the renewing
member thru text message should be done by the NES. The COGS & OR should be scanned for
database keeping by the NES;
B. The proceeds from the COGS shall be shared to the active Regional Chapter where the renewing
member is located on a 60:40 National [€AE:Regional Chapter basis; and
9. The share of 40% shall be remitted by ISAE National to the legitimate Bank Account (preferably
LBP) of the Regional Chapter where said renewing member/s is located. The bank deposit slip
shall be scanned & emailed to the President of the Chapter cc: Chapter Treasurer & Chapter
Auditor.
