The current research also attempted to collect primary quantitative data. The current research
conducted a survey for the students as well as professors of the University for exploring the
importance of the Art club. The results of the survey stated that most of the students are
interested in joining the art club. Furthermore, results also stated that most of the students stated
that art labs could help in creating awareness about art. Most of the students and professors also
agreed that more children could choose art as a career option if they explore the true meaning of
art.The results of the survey also stated that most of the professors and students agreed that
safety measures needed to be undertaken in art clubs. The results also suggest that most of the
students have supported that effective designing policies for the art club can increase the safety
of the art room.
3. How can this research inform a possible future project in the field of art and
design?
The current research was able to answer the research question effectively. As per the findings of
the research, it can be stated that the art club is significantly important in expressing the true
meaning of art. The research has stated that art clubs have various departments with different
objectives. However, the main objective of all the departments is focusing on the expression of
the true meaning of art. The present research also stated that it is significantly important for
universities to invest in art clubs as they can help in increasing knowledge and awareness about
art. Therefore, the research question was answered effectively by the research,
It can be concluded from the current research that art clubs have importance in society in the
current era. The research has suggested that children being exposed to art clubs can have a better
understanding of art. As per the research, the various departments of the art club helps in
elucidating the true meaning of art in terms of their objectives. The research also stated that most
of the students are interested in going to art clubs as they can be a medium for learning about art.
Children need to be encouraged to go to these clubs to improve their understanding of art.
In the next step of the project, it is significantly important to explore the benefits of an art club.
The benefits can be linked to the understanding of art for the students. Furthermore, it is also
significantly important to explore the issues that can be seen for an art club. In addition, the
impact of an art club on children needs to be explored further. It is imperative to explore if
children can be helped by the establishment of art clubs. It is also significantly important to
explore the detailed requirement of the safety measures that are to be undertaken in an art lab for
reducing risks.
4. How well did you work as a team? How did this help your research?
In this research, all of the members work as a team. The main contributing force of the research
was the collective effort of teamwork from all the members. All the members of the team worked
with cooperation and collaboration. All of the members participated effectively in making the
suggestions. Me and Shahad always attempted to type the ideas. In the process of research, I
prepared the presentation. In the case of the current research, I also created and designed the
poster. Noof also contributed to the typing as he helped in constructing the proposal. In addition,
Shahad also contributed to the typing of the proposal. The whole task of typing was completed
by Noof, Shahad and Me. Among the participants, all of them have participated in moving from
one step to another seamlessly. However, Shahad was the main person who helped the transition
of one step to another to be conducted effectively. In the complete course of the research, all the
participants took part effectively. However, there was a lack of coordination, as one person was
not aware of the actions of others. Therefore, there was a significant issue of lack of
coordination. In future, it is significantly important for the current project members to have
coordination with other members. Furthermore, to be a more effective team, the current team is
needed to increase collaboration. From the teamwork, It was evident that cooperation among the
participants can result in more effective results of research. It was also realised that distributing
the tasks of the research more effectively impacted the process of research. Participation of all
the members of the team in some of the other activity increased collaboration among them. At
the time of writing the proposal, all of the participants participated in the process of writing.
Therefore, the research was able to answer the research question.
5. How would you evaluate your individual contribution to the overall team project
outcome?
I was an active member of the team among the three members. I prepared the presentation for the
current research. To prepare the presentation, I studied the complete research effectively. I also
participated in the process of designing the poster. While designing the poster, I always focused
on using the most appropriate designs. I also attempted to make the poster attractive as this is
related to art.
I consider myself as a good team member as I was able to participate in all the activities of the
research. I also attempted to improve the performance of the team with active cooperation with
the other members. I also actively participated in writing the proposal for increasing
effectiveness.
