What you will have to do !

Take the following steps in order to connect to your SAP Business One
company over Remote Desktop
(1) Connection to Remote Desktop with your RDS user
(2) Login to your SAP Business One Company with your B1 user

What you will need

(1) Your Remote Desktop Connection (RDS user) login and password
(2) Your SAP Business One (B1 user) login and password

(1) Open the following link in your preferred Internet Browser :

http://saprds.hevs.ch/RDWeb

(2) Enter your Remote Desktop Connection login and password:

1. Domain\user name: SAPRDS\####

Password: ####
2. Click on Sign in
For ## use your personal user & password

(4) Click on the SAP Business One logo

(5) Depending on your Internet Browser one of the following windows may
open

(6) On the next window, please make a click on «Connect»

(7) A second login screen will open. Layout depends on your selected
Internet Browser
Enter your Connection details again.

(7) Now you should see the

SAP Business One log on screen

(8) To change your keyboard language,

make a right-click on the small icon. It is
only visible when the RDS window is
active and selected. Please make a right-
click on the two letters and select
Settings..

(9) In the next screen please select

< Add a language >
(10) Select your preferred language and
click on
(11) Close the window. Now you should
be able to select your keyboard language
You will have to do change the keyboard

 Login to SAP Business One !

In the following screen, please

make a click on Change Company,
to choose your institution. Then
select your Company, enter your
User ID and Password and click OK
