LAUNCHING A NEW LOCAL COMAPNY
“MOVERS”
Introduction
1. Assalamualikum and Good evening, Gentlemen and women lets start with a
small story, one fine morning you find that the flat you live need to be vacated for
some obvious reason. What are you going to? Likely you will plan to take leave
from you office and try to find out a suitable flat for you for either rent or
purchase. Though you are a very busy man but to ensure you and your family’s
accommodation you need to take leave. Suppose if you don’t need to take leave
and you remain relaxed on this issue……as someone else will doing this job for
you….will it not be great!! Yes it will. Gentlemen and Women, with this we are
here with MOVERS.
2. With the passage of time the urban life has become complex. Urban people
especially residents of Dhaka, Chittagong and such other big cities has become
more busy. With expansion of business and economic structure of Bangladesh
scope of leisure time has really shrinked. People have lesser time for shopping,
shifting and other administrative work related to business, personal etc. That’s
why people try to find easiest way to solve these administrative issues related to
family, business etc. In Dhaka city approximately 15 million people live. Since the
city is expanding and more and more residential and commercial areas coming up,
numerous new office, flats, houses are being built. Shifting a house or office,
decorating house or office is a complex job. Lots of coordination is required in
arranging shifting of telephone, cable TV connection, internet connection, water,
electricity connection and endorsing new address to various offices.

3. Our mission is to provide customers initially across Dhaka city to help
customers to select his/her flat/house/office for either purchase or rent by
providing all necessary support with expertise in arranging and shifting
office/house, packing and transporting valuable items safely. Beside that we will
provide necessary service and administrative support in transferring/relocating
telephone, internet, cable TV connection, helping in changing address of water,
electricity bill and any other related to shifting. More so as per the demand of
customer we will arrange furnishing, interior decoration of office, house as well as
provide limited storage facility of items as per their demand etc.

5. Provide high quality service in finding out house/office/flat for purchase or
rent as well as all sorts of shifting promptly and cost effectively with option of
interior decoration and limited storage facility if needed.
Objective
6. The objectives of MOVERS are:
a. Establish the service of this company to the people is essential by
rendering effective support.
b. Develop necessary database (area wise) for flats/office/house for
rent/sell as well as peoples trying to buy/rent flats/office/house.
c. Provide necessary service in finding out proper office/house/flat for
rent or purchase as per customer’s choice.
d. Provide high quality transportation support in the event of
moving/shifting.
e. Ensure high standard packing service of sensitive materials, furniture,
and electronics while shifting.
f. Provide state of art, splendid interior, decoration of house/office.
g. Provide high standard of installation of various sensitive equipment
etc.
h. Provide limited storage facility of equipment and other sensitive costly
materials.

7. One should get following services from our company:
Manpower Planning
8. For successful completion of above services, we at “MOVERS” have very
qualified and skilled managers and workers. The total manpower planning is as
follows:
a. MD – One person will be selected as MD from 5 Directors in turn and will
be in position for one year
b. Directors – 5 Directors for 5 different departments
c. A team of 2/3 architects will work for interior decoration
d. An experience team of customer service management for providing best
services as per customer demand.
e. A dedicated team of Marketing people for taking the service of “MOVERS”
f. A skilled team of operator, worker for packing, transporting, shifting for the
service of “MOVERS”
Management and Organization
9. The management team consists of five directors and a team of highly skilled
managers and production supervisors. Out of 5 directors, in turn one of them will
act as Managing Director (MD) to coordinate all sorts of company activities for a
period of one year. Directors will be taking over the branches of Administration,
Finance, Operations, Customer Support and Human Resources. Interior
Decoration, Inventory Management, Consultancy & Support and Movers Sections
will be placed under the Operations branch. Movers section will be comprise with
different sorts of manpower basing on the demand of the customers.

Company Summary
10. Company Summary. “Movers” Private Ltd is a new company which primarily
starts from Dhaka with registered office at House-54, Road-2A Banani, Dhaka. Its website
is www.movers.com, from where all information about Movers and events of its services
are available. It provides consultancy in regards to house/office shifting, purchasing
etc as well as provides all sorts of logistical backup during shifting of house/office.
This includes limited storage facility for sensitive items, packing and installation of
items and equipments, transportation, arranging new location etc. Beside these
the company will also provide necessary support for relocating telephone, cable
TV connection, water, electricity, gas, internet and other related issues. In future
MOVERS has got a plan to introduce supply of manpower, both in short and long
term basis.
11. Company Ownership. “Movers” Private Ltd will be created as a
limited liability company. The company will be owned by the following persons,
who will also work as directors:

13. With the changing needs in this fast developing lifestyle, time will be a great
