Tom Braun has joined The Transitions Companies LLC (“TTC”) and has been appointed Senior
Managing Director

Braun has joined TTC as a Senior Managing Director of their Client Acquisitions department. Mr. Braun
is an industry renowned expert and recognized leader in the merger and acquisition “(M&A”)
professional services field. In his new role at TTC, Mr. Braun will lead TTC's western region in
professionally advising the owner's of privately-held companies regarding the M&A market and how to
use the equity in their companies to get the life they want.
