Abstract
The project is a web-based application where users can get instant notice about the notice about what they
need while registration the document. It helps citizen to fill the form according to government
requirement. This online notice board project is very helpful for all type of users like existing users and
new users. So, admin can leave and erase notification for other people to read and see.
Introduction
An online notice board is a place where people can leave any types of notice and notifications, for
example, to advertise things, announce events or provide any information. Notice board online it can be
placed on digital devices such computers, tabs, mobile phones etc. There are two types of users available
in the project, first one is customer and second one is admin. Customer user have limited access right to
the system, while the admin users have full control over the system.

Modules
There are two types of online notice board system modules. They are described as given below:-
1. Admin Module
The main aim of this module is to provide all the functionality related to customer. It tracks all the
information of the customer. We have developed all type of CRUD (Create, Read , Update , Delete)
operation of the customer. This is a role based module where admin can perform each and every operation
on data but the customer will be able to view only his/her data, so access level restriction has also been
implemented on the project. You can get some features.
Features of Customer Module:

• Admin can add new notice

• Admin can see the list of notice
• Only admin can edit and update the record of the notice

2. Local Module
The main aim of developing this module is to see the process what is needed while submitting the
document. The local module is the main module in this project. So all notice will be managed by admin.
Features of local Module:

• User can follow the procedure

• They can call if they have any problem while submission
Functionality performed by admin user
These are the functionality performed by the admin users: -

• Login for admin

• Forgot password
• Change password for admin
• Logout functionality
• Manage notice
o Adding new notice
o Edit the exiting notice
o View details of all notice

Statement of problem
Well, people have to go to office to contact what document are required while making (citizenship,
passport, voter card…etc.). Now all the information will be provided from one system and user can find it
from all over the place via through our website.

Literature Survey
I find many people are suffering from at what time the government office is opened, in which time we can
go to submitted the government document, what papers are include in that document.So, to fixed this
problem I am going to developed a website in while all government notice regarding document will be
post there and with this information citizen will get the information about what they are looking for
without going to government office.

• It saves the cost of photocopy.

• Users don’t have visit the office for requirement.
• There is no need to ask whether I need what requirement for submitting the document.
• Flexible
• Prevent from unauthorized notice.

• HTML: Page Layout has designed in html

• CSS: CSS has been used for all designing part
• JavaScript: All validation task and animation has been developed
• Mongo DB: It is used for database
