FROM Mandela to OBAMA: THE PROPHECY ACCOMPLISHED:

"TWIN BROTHERS"

In 1994, Mandela became the first black president of South Africa (end of apartheid);
A few years later, in 2008, BARACK OBAMA is elected first Afro-American president of the U.S.
These are two important elements both closely related though do not show any apparently link,
which will not only make date in the history of their respective countries but in the world by their
impact.
If many were surprised or shocked by these events, a Bible scholar or a good advised
reader of the Holy Scriptures will not be surprised as these events are of a very ancient prophecy
knowing that YAHWEH will send to Africa after many tribulations a Savior and a Defender.
. Indeed,
"... ... for they shall cry unto the LORD because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a savior
and a great one and he shall deliver them….. …. ….
And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the
LORD, and he shall be entreated of them, and shall heal them. "Isaiah 19:20-22

To understand why God has stroke Africa, we must go back to Africa’s Pharaonic age, she
complete at the time, its prophetic destiny in saving the world from famine and had to receive
Israel on its soil. It is by Joseph son of Israel that God saved Egypt and the world at that time from
famine. In return, Africans by cunning and malice kept them under harsh oppression in captivity
for 430 years, threatening to exterminate them. God had to act in order to deliver them.
"Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty
years., And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day
it came to pass, that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.
"Exodus 12:40-41
It is not surprising that after keeping the children of Israel in captivity for constant 430 years,
Africans themselves out to go into captivity for the same period and harvest what they have sown
at the time of judgment promised by God.
The statement of the 400 divine years in captivity is ended when faithful to the prophetic word,
Back in 1821 God founded Liberia and according to the prophecy, brought back the descendants
of slaves.
"Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; at the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the
people whither they were scattered: " Ezekiel 29: 13

If the statement of 400 years is led before God, the balance of 30 years remained
unanswered. Africa therefore needs to pay these 30 years of captivity which is problematic in
three plans: physical, spiritual, Moral. Israel had to leave Egypt by the prophecy in the 400th year
of captivity,

"And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that
is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come
out with great substance. "Genesis 15: 13-14

But regardless of the will of each others, they remained 30 years more; the liberator was still in
training at the divine period in the desert. It is clear that Israel is now a forced host to the
Egyptians who released a little pressure that is why; Aaron was able to move out to meet his
brother Moses. Thus, 30 additional years in captivity of Israel in Egypt was spent in a state of
racial segregation. The Israelites were easily identified in the sense that the Egyptians were black
and the Israelites white. On the other hand, when Israel was released, each Israelite received a
salary for the thirty years of work.

TERRITORIAL QUALIFICATION OF THE THEATERS

To account for the statement, the fact that the descendants of ancient Egyptians were scattered
on the face of the earth because of the slave trade, the creator will reproduce in the two
continents involved mainly in it, a situation similar to that under which the Africans kept the
Israelites when they were their hosts. Thus, we will assist to the birth in Africa and in United
States of a new mode of coexistence of races called "racial segregation in the United States and
apartheid in Africa.
South Africa will be the theater of this prophetic action, being at the end of the continent
and will therefore suffer from oppression, as stated by the prophecy in verse 19.
“In the same time, there will be an altar to the LORD In the midst of the land of Egypt, and a
monument at the border to the LORD”.
Due to this problem which could not endure, God will do justice and will provide by his prophetic
word two people, which would be of pure African blood to be qualified, one will be from the land
of Africa directly, and he will be the savior, the other pure African, from the United States: will be
the defender. This, in the measure that the Savior must be weak and humble, and will specially
suffer in the hand of Japheth, to pay the debt before God of 30 years of physical imprisonment.
The defender must be his opposite, and will act from a position of authority similar to that of his
African forefather and brother Nimrod, the first politician, and regent of the new world in the
aftermath of the Flood .

These two men, the savior and defender, will play the same function; will have the same
spiritual destiny for being ushered by the same word. Coming for healing and change, they will be
different from all their predecessors, particularly from Nimrod and Pharaohs. In that, far from
being tyrants, despots and dictators clinging to power, they will be men, cut and shaped in the
divine school, that of the cross: suffering, in order to be instruments of reconciliation between
races, these men will be humble, peace loving and love abiding.
THE STATEMENT

The statement of the divine period will start for Africa when Africans would have paid the price of
the blood (as Christ) in the European territory and in African territory.

This will be done at the time of nations’ tribulations in 1918, the African troops engaged their
blood with that of the sons of Japheth in his wars, and the savior must be born then in the land of
Africa. The defender will have to enter in the ministry or be born 40 years later, at approximately
1958. In 1960, or in the year 7 (1+ 9+ 6+ 0 = 7), it is the age of the spiritual perfection of Africa,
the price of the blood shed is paid in the land of Africa by the massacre of the blacks by the
whites in Shaperville. This year will mark the beginning of the liberation of Africa, where the wave
of independence of African states and the arrival or birth of the defender predicted in 1961 or in
the year (1 9 6 1 = 8) symbolizing renewal. We have a prophetic age gap of value equal to 7
between the two men which are brothers from two different generations.

When Moses enters his physical destiny, he is spiritually mature, because he understood that he
must help and liberate his people from bondage, and has 40 years, but immature in the way of
God to solve problems. Israel came to the divine perfection in the physical plan 390 years (12) and
must enter in its joy (3) (3 = 1 +2). Moses acts by force against force, and God disapproved him
and must send him for a training to better know and understand him and his ways: he fled to
Madian for another 40 years bringing him at the entrance of his ministry at 80 years which is (8)
for renaissance and prosperity. Israel has 430 years and has reached spiritual perfection (7).
Thus, there is for the savior, these preliminaries copied from Messianic and Mosaic model:

THE IMAGE OF THE DEFENDER

The best instrument of defense is the word, so the mouth.

When Moses entered the phase of his spiritual training in Madian, training which will last 40
years, his brother Aaron is in captivity with his brothers, in the shadow of death, therefore,
nonexistent. He will only enter 40 years later in the project when the training of Moses will be
complete and to do this, God will call him out of Egypt to meet his brother and firstly to transfer,
his anointing and his words: He should serve as a mouth for Moses. In the scheme of freedom
from captivity of Israel, two people must act simultaneously at two different levels:
• Moses was to serve as God (legislative) for Aaron and the Israelites.
Exodus 7:1 “And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron
thy brother shall be thy prophet.”
• Aaron was to serve as mouth (Executive) for the Israelites and Pharaoh.
Exodus 7:2 “Thou shall speak all that I command thee: and Aaron thy brother shall speak unto
Pharaoh, that he sends the children of Israel out of his land.”
Therefore, the great one should enforce the pattern and model lay down by his brother in order
to set Africans free from the dictatorship of the presents Africans regents by enforcing
DEMOCRACY.
If the ministry of one was only for his brother that of the other was directed more to Jews than to
the Egyptians it should serve as a point of contact and a bridge between the two nations staged.
40 years separated the formation of the two men though that the eldest (the greatest or more
powerful) had entered the ministry after his junior (Moses was the junior brother of Aaron).
The junior Moses or the first in the physical and spiritual anointing will precede by 40 years his
