 Describe how ancient Egyptian society was organised using a diagram
 List the roles and responsibilities of each year group
 Identify which groups were a part of the wealthy class, and those that were a part of the ordinary classes in
ancient Egyptian society
 Describe what life was like for both wealthier and poorer members of ancient Egyptian society.

1:45pm Students are to draw a 6-tiered pyramid in their exercise books, students are Exercise books
to place images in the correct tier on the pyramid and label each level. Print out of roles

Revising the chapter each student to Write a list of “roles and responsibilities”
in their exercise books and list the roles/responsibilities of each group. (dot
points)

2:15pm Beside each group students are to use a ‘traffic light system’ and identify who
was higher and lower on the social pyramid.

2. Middle Classes: Yellow
3. Lower Classes: Red

at relevant points, verbally identify the key points in the clip, and give students
time to copy it down in their exercise books.
