Plan illustration / Example

 Customer is in base plan of 3GB@Rs.650/- and if his consumption is 3.1 GB, he shall be charged Rs.800/- as he has crossed the threshold of 3GB.
 Even if the customer uses 5.99GB he will still be charged Rs.800/-, but as soon as he crosses 6GB limit he shall move automatically into the next slab of
Rs.950/- and shall remain @ Rs.950/- for all the consumption between 6.01-9.00GB and the data usage.
 In excess of 9GB shall be charged @50p/MB.

Terms and Conditions

1. Data exchange refers to total data transfer (Upload + Download).

2. The unutilized minutes/data limit cannot be carried forward to the next month.
3. All Internet services are provided by TATA Communications Ltd.
4. Call charges are calculated based on the call units, which are calculated by dividing call duration by the pulse rate defined in the Tariff Plan.
5. The call duration is measured with accuracy up to +/- 1 second as per TRAI Regulations.
6. This TEF is applicable for select cities where Photon Plus coverage is available except J & K
7. Voice calls will be barred on this device.
8. All the claims in respect of the working/non-working of USB modem shall lie only against the manufacturer and not against TTSL. Also the Customer
understands that the fulfillment of warranty obligations is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
9. The rentals and usage charges would be charged on the basis of the billing cycle fixed by TTSL.
10. Any request for bill plan change will be effective from the next bill cycle.
11. If the services were subscribed at any time in the middle of the billing cycle then the first bill for rentals would be charged on pro rata basis. Accordingly
the free usage if any as per the opted plan would be available on pro rata basis and the usage charges for any usage over and above the free prorated usage
limit would be charged at actual.
12. In case any misuse or abuse of network is found, TTSL reserves a right to bar the customer.
13. Customers who enroll into this plan will not be allowed a plan change for 36 months from the date of activation.
14. Add on packs of any kind would not be applicable on this plan.
