Reminders:
1. Presentation of this itinerary receipt along with valid photo identification card is
required to enter the terminal and is necessary for check-in and immigration
purposes as proof of purchase.
2. To protect the true credit card owner, the credit card used to purchase tickets from
zestair.com.ph website must be presented at the ticket office and upon check in. If
the credit card owner is not part of the traveling party, clear photocopies of the front
of the credit card and valid photo ID (passport ID, Drivers license) of the credit card
owner shall be required from the passenger at the check in counter. The credit card
owner must assume responsibility for passenger compliance of this requirement.
Zest Air reserves the right to deny boarding to any person who fails to comply with
this requirement and shall not be liable for the denial of their boarding.
3. For Domestic flights: Check-in two (2) hours prior to flight departure. For international
flights: Check-in three (3) hours prior to flight departure.
4. Passenger(s) must pick-up his/her baggage personally before leaving the airport.
5. To reconfirm return flights or changes travel plans, passenger must call

6. Carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who has acquired a ticket
in violation of applicable law or carriers tariff, rules and regulations.
7. A terminal fee will be collected before entering the pre-departure area.
