Together

The University of Bucharest, Premier Global and BPP have designed a dynamic and enjoyable programme that
combines the financial and every day life skills that is essential for the Post Graduate Student in today’s
competitive business world.

Why is the Life Transition Programme necessary?

The first critical weeks of a students professional working career can have a huge impact on both
themselves and their new employers in terms of their own personal image, perception, integration
and progression within the new organization.

Without the necessary preparation a student can very quickly be perceived as:
1. Disrespectful
2. Non-Committed
3. Unprofessional

This is usually a result of not having the appropriate skills and knowledge of the business
environment including the basic understanding of:
a. Business Etiquette
b. Interpersonal Skills
c. Image awareness
as well as more detailed and in-depth understanding of Business and Personal finance together with
strong Personality and Psychological awareness of all business situations and environments.

The ‘Life Transition Programme’ focuses on enabling the graduate to enter his-her first day of their
new career in a professional and dynamic way from day one.

The new employer receives a proficient individual who looks ready for business, acts ready for
business and IS ready for business!
