Why Business Challenge?

Due to the pandemic of Covid-19, Youths will disproportionately bear the

brunt of adverse effects. Unemployment issue is becoming more serious
due to most of the companies focus on worker retention which constrains
new recruitment, and the increasing share of self-employed with minimal
resources to absorb the downturn
 Objective

1. To encourage YOUths to develop their entrepreneurial mindset

(creativity and innovative) in tackling real world problems.

2. To provide a platform for university students to generate business

ideas to tackle the real world issues in order to contribute in economic
growths

COVID-19 crisis is hitting the global economy hard, leading to an
unprecedented disruption of commerce in most of the business field. Around the
globe, societies are in lock down, citizens are asked to respect social distance
and stay at home.

In this new norm, it leads to the change of behaviour in business and customer.

Here's are a few field that you can work on:

2. Food & Beverage
3. Entertainment
4. Tourism

Based on the fields aforementioned, propose an idea which can be REALISED in

this Covid-19 pandemic to increase its revenue stream and help in economic
growths for one of the field you chosen.

1. The competition is opened for teams comprising of undergraduate

or postgraduate students including international students.
2. A team need to be formed by 3-4 members.
3. One participant cannot be a part of more than one team.
4. No change of team structure is permitted after the team is
registered.
5. One of the team member should be registered as Team Leader with
correct email address.
6. Every updated information will send to Team Leader via email.
7. The team must register via google registration form before 11:59
p.m. at 10th of December (Thursday).

First Round ● All the Teams registered must submit your idea via video pitching on
(Video Pitching) 23rd Dec 2020 before 11:59pm
● Maximum video duration is 5 minutes, those who exceed time will be
disqualified.
● A google form will be sent on 11th Dec 2020 to respective team leader
through email for video submission.
● Video should be submitted in google drive sharing link through google
form before 23rd Dec 2020 before 11:59pm, any late submission will not
be entertained.
