1. Abstract
Problem:
IT Company plans to provide any person or smaller IT Company to open their local company under
the Brand and Logo of our IT Company as Franchise agreement. We provide to franchise partner that
they don’t need to employee local IT Experts, because we will complete for them all websites, apps etc.
And to manage all these requests we need a Project Management Platform where Franchise partner can
add new projects so that our Developer Team can see the projects and start working on the IT projects
like websites, apps etc. And on the other side the Franchise local partner can see also all tasks that are
completed on each project, and can see current screenshots or URLs etc. and can add comments etc. or
also after completing they can add new incidents, errors or bugs notification, so that our Team can see
the errors and fix them.

A Platform where potential client can add a Project request and he will get the price from the Platform
Team. At the same time this Platform will be used to manage the projects of the Franchise branch
offices and the IT Development Company.

This document describes an Airline Reservation System (ARS), which is a computerized system
used to store and retrieve information and conduct transactions related to air travel. The project
is aimed at exposing the relevance and importance of Airline Reservation Systems. It is
projected towards enhancing the relationship between customers and airline agencies through the
use of this ARS, and thereby making it convenient for the customers to book the flights as when
they require such that they can utilize this software to make reservations.

2. Background and Justification

the Brand and Logo of our IT Company as Franchise agreement. We provide to franchise partner that
they don’t need to employee local IT Experts, because we will complete for them all websites, apps
etc. And to manage all these requests we need a Project Management Platform, where Franchise
partner can add new projects so that our Developer Team can see the projects and start working on
the IT projects like websites, apps etc. And on the other side the Franchise local partner can see also
all tasks that are completed on each project, and can see current screenshots or URLs etc. and can
add comments etc. or also after completing they can add new incidents, errors or bugs notification,
so that our Team can see the errors and fix them. Branch office in city A have a potential client that
need an App or Website etc. they will be enable to create a new project in this Platform and all
project details, tasks, logo, any description file, images, links etc. etc. First our Admin/Management
Team will see the request and create an offer which the client can see
directly and timeframe. After client agrees, admin will add the developer, programmer or designer
to the products who can complete it. After admin add the Developers as Team member to these
projects, the Developer will see this Project request on his panel and can start working on it and can
edit or uploading screenshots, or can mark tasks as finished etc.
3. Project Methodology
This project has four parts. First is administration part, second is Branch Office third is Client
part used as a front end and the Forth part is Team members and Developer/Programmers.
(Team members > web developers/programmers).

Admin will enable to add by himself projects, to add Developers as Team members – Web developers,
programmers etc. to Project and to chat with them, to issue invoices to clients and offers and other
features the sample platform have and will give access to branch offices.

4. Project Scope

We are trying to give a live reporting which is updated by Airline Companies so that customer
gets a live Flights checking, Available seats, Pricing and also planning to provide seats as per
theirs choice so that they can travel very comfortably their journey. We will trying to provide
food facility and choice to customers so that they can feel like their home and more effective
amenities. We are also trying to make more attention on Business class people and their
requirements. Our future planning is to take this project towards an AndroidApp and QR Code
Scanning. So that a Customer can easily contact to the Airlines and they are getting quick
Services from Airlines. We also want in future to place in market so that customer can take more
advantages and saves their important time. We are also finding and approaching to companies
which are using this type of software.

existing banner advertising.
