Creative garantiza que el producto que se suministra con esta
garantía está libre de defectos en relación con el material o el
proceso de fabricación por un período de 12 meses (período
de garantía de Creative no transferible) a partir de la fecha de
adquisición. En el caso de producirse un fallo en la naturaleza
del producto, Creative se hará cargo de la reparación o
sustitución de la pieza (nueva o restaurada) dentro del
período de la Garantía de Creative. No obstante, esta
Garantía de Creative no cubre (ni se limita a) el uso y
desgaste normales, uso no habitual, almacenamiento y
manipulación indebidos, modificaciones o reparaciones no
autorizadas, daños fortuitos y robo. En el caso de producirse
un fallo en la naturaleza del producto, deberá proporcionar a
Creative el producto junto con una prueba de compra
consistente en un recibo detallado con la fecha. Para

La garantía limitada del Producto es de doce (12) meses

garantía se ampliará por cada día completo que el producto
esté fuera de u posesión para reparación bajo esta garantía

Creative garandeert dat he! hierbij ingesloten prod uct vrij
is van materiaal- en productiefouten gedu rende een
període van 12 maanden (niet-overdraagbare Creative-ga-
rantieperiode) vanaf de aankoopdatum . In het geval van
een productstoring zal Creative he! product repare ren of
het detecte onderdeel vervangen (door een nieuw of
gereviseerd onderdeel) binnen de Creative-garantíeperi-
ode. Deze Creative-garantie geldt niet voor (dit is echter
niet beperkt tot) normale sl ijtage, abnormaal gebruik,
verkeerde behandel ing of opslag , onrechtmatige
aanpassingen of reparaties, schade door daden die niet de
fout zijn van Creative en diefstal. Bij een productstoring
moet u het product en een gedateerd aankoopbewijs me!
vermeld ing van het prod uct aan Creative verstrekken.

De beperkte garantie voor het product is twaalf (12)

De garantieperiode wordt uitgebre id met elke volled ige

herstelling onder garantie.

hebben een herstelling of een vervanging van de

De klant heeft geen recht om het contrae! te herroepen
als het gebrek aan conformiteit (of het defect of de fout)

vraag om herroeping van het contrae! in zulk geval te
