Attendee Professional Development Session Requirements: Out of the 5 total PD sessions, you must “attend”
at least 3 (but are welcome to attend all of them). Additionally, if you are new to Neal, you are required to
attend the onboarding session. There will be an evaluation survey at the end of the week; please take notes on
each session so you can be ready with your feedback.
FIRST PLC MEETING: Please decide on a date and time, and invite your grade level administrator and
instructional coach. You will need to record your conversation in your meeting minutes:
6th grade 7th grade 8th grade
DOCUMENTATION: You must complete and update a personalized schedule/deliverables checklist (make a
copy) viewable link as evidence of your work. You will be sharing this checklist with your instructional coach.
You should complete and submit all deliverables listed below by 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 6.
