A maximum of only two papers by an author (jointly or otherwise) will be permitted for presentation and
publication in the proceedings. However any additional papers covering recent research outputs could be
considered for poster sessions.
2. SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER
The full paper should be prepared (using Microsoft Word /Latex.) in accordance with the given guide lines
here. Please send soft copy of the paper along with a declaration form before 15th September 2007
through email to icamt-2007@cmeri.res.in along with the Paper Code No Please refer the Paper
Code No for all future correspondence.
Acceptance of the paper will be intimated by 30th September, 2005. The papers must meet technical
standards in addition to length and format restrictions. Papers that cause undue delays because of the
author’s non-observance of the format will not be included in the proceedings.
3. MANUSCRIPT
The text of the paper should be printed in A4 paper with a margin of 25 mm on all sides. The total number
of pages for a paper should be limited to a maximum of 6 pages including all figures, tables and references.
The details regarding the page formatting and typing are given in the first page and these instructions are
typed in the same format that is to be used for preparing the manuscripts. Use single space for all the text
except the title. The main text of the paper should be typed using Times New Roman in double column
with spacing 8 mm between columns. Clearly give the authors name affiliation and the email address
in the same format given in the first page.
When numbering the equations, enclose number in round brackets and place flush on the right-hand side
margin of the column
i) Line drawings and color, black and white photographs must be placed as close as to their first
reference in the text as far as possible
ii) All the line drawings should be brought into the text or scanned into the text.
Photographs should be scanned and included in the text.

List and number all references in the sequence as they appear in the text at the end of the paper as
per the example shown below. When referring to them in the text type the corresponding reference
number in square brackets [1]. The sequencing is as follows: Author name and initials (bold), title
of the article, journal /conference name, year of publication, volume, and pages. In case of books
follow the given format in Ref.2
