2 This matter came before the Court on the First Interim Application of EisnerAmper LLP
3 for Allowance of Compensation for Services Rendered During the Period From March 17, 2017
4 Through March 6, 2019 and For Reimbursement of Expenses Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 330 and
5 331 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2016 [ECF No. 468]1 (the “Fee Application”)
6 filed by Shelley D. Krohn (the “Trustee”), the Chapter 7 Trustee in the above-captioned
7 bankruptcy case, by and through her counsel of record, Jacob L. Houmand, Esq. of the Houmand
8 Law Firm, Ltd. The Fee Application sought final approval of professional fees in the amount of

9 $107,666.50 and reimbursement of actual expenses in the amount of $289.10 in favor of

13 U.S.C. §§ 330 and 331; and

14 3. The Trustee is permitted to the pay the Firm the professional fees and expenses set

15 forth herein without further Court order.
