Dietetic Intern
Completed the Central Valley WIC Dietetic Internship Program that included 17-week of clinical, 15-week of community,
and 8-weeks of foodservice supervised practice rotations meeting the standards by the Accreditation Council for Education in
Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) to sit for the registration examination for dietitians
Conducted 10+ ADIME reports per day by collecting and interpreting nutrition and social-related history, biochemical data,
medical tests and procedures, and anthropometric measurements
Provided medical nutrition therapy recommendations and interventions to directly target the root cause of medical problems
