I- LEARNING MODALITIES

Online learning is education that takes place over the internet. It is often referred to as “e-learning” among other terms. In
online learning, learning resources are accessed by the student through the internet

Home-study learning is an alternative instructional design that uses developed instructional materials which are based on
the needs of the students. Students engaged themselves in learning concepts presented in the module, worksheets, book works or
handouts.

HOME STUDY-LEARNING

Study guide and time-schedule will be given to students. They accomplish the task based on the modules which maybe
without the use of gadget or internet.
Home-study accomplishments may be through:

Learning through Printed Modules – for students who do not have internet connection, learning is provided
through modules in print, specifically designed to develop the target skills in each subject for each week, using simplified and self-
directed instructions. Textbooks will also be utilized, and more printed activities will be provided in this mode of learning. Parents
shall submit the student portfolio at the end of the week for grading and at the same time, pick up the new task for the following
week.

ASSESSMENT AND GRADING SYSTEM

Belen B. Foundation Inc., and Immaculate Conception College Albay Laboratory School’s learning assessment will depend on the guidelines set by the Department of Education. 

HOME-SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP

We encourage parents, older siblings, or other relatives of our students to cooperate with teachers as learning coaches to improve academic performance.
