Employee development is big issue in our HR policy .Whenever a new employee is being
disputed in our department the whole responsibility lies on our shoulder to develop
his/her skill along with doing our own work. To coup up with this issue to have to give
extra time after office hour to train such new guy.

We have very clear roles and work assignments - There are clear expectations about the
roles played by each team member. When action is taken, clear assignments are made,

As we is semi provincial Govt organization so there are many decision made by
Provincial Govt. regarding launching new scheme backed by Punjab Govt. e.g launching
of housing scheme for low income group, financing to govt employee on concession rates
etc.
Other decisions are made by Board of Governor. Other decision made by Higher
Management.
So far our Deptt is concern we made decision regarding the advances to concerns in
democratic way.

 Preparation and Processing of credit proposals relating to SME financing in
conformity with SBP’s Prudential Regulations and the guidelines provided by HO
from time to time.
 Re-assessing credit risks and managing the loan portfolio, credit quality,
recognizing operating risks quite in advance, before any deterioration takes place.
 monitoring competitive practices of other financial institutions, report findings
and regularly interfacing with the retail and wholesale management structure of
the bank to ensure ongoing and appropriate communication to support overall
business goals
