Videocon indutries ltd. Was one of the initials company that made it
to the world. Videocon electricals captured the initial indian electrical
market and topped the charts for its products such as refrigerators , television
a.c. etc. it provide the many products in the market.

Our project is a analytical project on the Videocon Industries


LTD. Videocon is a leading Company in the india and have aspecial place
in india. So we also select this company for our project and analytical study

concentrate its (always limited) resources on the greatest opportunities to
increase sales and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.

Marketing strategy as a key part of the general corporate strategy


marketing strategy is most effective when it is an integral component of
corporate strategy, defining how the organization will engage customers,
prospects and competitors in the market arena for success.
Introduction of the Topic

Videocon was one of the first electronic company to collaborate


with japanese Toshiba ltd as early as 1985. it established in india in 1985.

History

Videocon founded by Mr. Nandlal Madhavlal


Dhoot in 1985.Nandlalji initiated his three sons take into the
bussiness. Through a technical tie-up with Toshiba corporation of
Japan. He launched indias first world class color televison
Videocon.
Videocon is india number one brand of consumer
electronics and home appliances , trusted by fifty million people
to improve their quality of life.
Videocon invest 450 crore in electronic component
industry in the country. Videocon production is import almost
200 crore foreign exchange every year. 9 manufacturing unit
available all over india. 6500 technical and support staff working
in this company.

At this time many player in the market SO many problem


facing by the organisation.

 Company does not coverage on the rural market at a

time

 There is no plan for low income group

 Product price is high to compare other companies

 Dealer are not well motivated and can not well satisfied

to customers.

 Promotions are not provided by the

company at the correct time.


Objective of Study

 Electrical market is very big , where company can expand its horizen

in electrical industry.

 The huge electrical product is left so company has opportunity to

expand their products.

 Provide the better services and warranty for the product

 To know about employees satisfaction level.

 Increases the number of product.


HYPOTHESIS OF STUDIES

It assumes that company want to increse the business from the market so

company spand maximum effort

 It assumes that company prepare the best product and price for their

customer and increases the services center in all over india.

opportunity employees.

their employees.
Research Methodalogy

While making a study we very often look for what type of


research methodalogy is to be used in this type of study. For implemantion
of a proper research methodalogy we have to first understand the meaning of
resarch.
Research is a process with the help of which new concept of
arises. It is the increase in the actual knowledge stock. It can be called as
movement from known to unknown and vice-versa. It is also a continouse
process.

Research methodology is a way to systematically


solve the research problem. Research methodology
constitutes of research methods, selection criterion of
research methods, used in context of research study and
explanation of using of a particular method or technique so
that research results are capable of being evaluated either
by researcher himself or by others.

Area of Study

The area of the study is related to the sikar. We


collecting the information and data from this market.
Sample Design

A sample design is a definite plan for obtaining a


sample from a given population. It refers to the techniques
or the procedure the researcher would adopt in selecting
items for the sample. Sample design may as well be drawn from the
population to be included in the sample i.e. the size of the sample. Sample
design is determined before data are collected.
During my study I have taken 50 insurance care consultants as the size of
sample.

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

Following limitations were faced during the study:

 Some of the respondents were not cooperative

 Some respondents were hesitating to give business


details.

 Biasness is another limitation that the scope of the


survey

 The reliablity and the scope of survey greatly relies on


the cooperation of the respodents.

 The accuracy of indications given by the respondents


may not be consider adequate as whether the language
used in the questionnaire is understood by the
respondent cannot be taken for granted.
