Chocolate Italian Cream - A chocolate version of our delicious Italian Cream Cake.
Mocha Almond - A dark chocolate cake accented with coffee and iced with an almond flavored mocha
frosting. Decorated with almond slivers and chocolate covered espresso beans.
Carrot - A wonderfully moist and spicy cake made with grated carrots and iced with a cream cheese
frosting.
*Gateau Marisa - A traditional yellow cake layered with pastry cream and a choice of fresh sliced straw-
berries, bananas or a combination of the two. Iced with a cream cheese icing and topped with whole
