Company overview:

UncageX is a community based platform for Personal and professional development


with live events/meetings on zoom with members focused to achieve goals.

Current Team
Currently all operations are conducted by the 3 partners who are also instructors of the
events.

Company current operations:


Personal development - 4 events a month (networking - conducted by team member 1;
Men Circle - team member 2; Women Circle - team member 3; Breathwork - team
member 2 or 3)
Professional development - one year program conducted by team member 2 consists
of 3 meetings a month (week #1, week #2, week #4)
Each team member writes a short article before their event as social media post (2
before event and 1 after event)

Other responsibilities of the team members:


Team member 1 also has responsibility of customer care: messaging members
reminding of the coming events, also onboarding calls for new members, including
after events followup.
Also introduces weekly financial data in the spreadsheet for weekly reports: income,
expenses, events attendance, social media performance.

Team member 3 has responsibility to post articles, pictures and stories on social media
before and after each event (Personal Developement events only). Also checking
article copy and sending the monthly posts to email marketing person for email
marketing.

Team member 2 - responsibility to maintain program and quality of training, creates


training structure to team members, also conducts Professional development program
and does consultations to members of the platform, consults team members every
week and establishes monthly and yearly targets.

Email marketing person: receives 4 posts at beginning of the month and sends 4
emails to operations

Our aims this year:


1. Create a workflow for the three team members incorporating all processes in tallyfy
2. Introduce workflow to team members and guide them to follow it for 1-2 month
while improving the processes
3. Create a workflow for extra team member (one or two people) that will take over
the marketing and operations so team members can focus on events and customer care
4. Help team members improve processes and build this year program for the next
year new instructors
5. Month 6 hand over the customer care to a new team member to deal with customer
care.
6. After 7 months Build training for new instructors training + ad new team member
for customer onboarding.

We are looking for a company or individual who can help us build the needed goals to
create a collaboration with the view to guide us at every stage of the way outlined
above following goals for the year two which we will outline after month 6 or after the
above is completed.
