Description: The Project was undertaken using a sample size of 20
organizations spread in five industries. Three HR policies namely
Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development & Compensation
Factors were taken into consideration. A questionnaire was used to
collect the data & a comparison was made between the practices in
various industries, & among Manufacturing & Service Sector.

Summer training during MBA


Title: Employees Stress Audit
Project Guide: Ms. Ishita Jhala
Organization: Zydus Cadila Ltd.
Description: This exploratory project was carried out as a summer
project to identify the stressors among Lower & middle level managers.
A list of factors causing stress in workplace was drafted & the
employees were assessed against these factors. Constructive
suggestions were made which found favors with the management.
