WHAT IS CYBERLINK POWERDIRECTOR?

CyberLink PowerDirector is a digital video


editing program that lets you create
professional-looking videos and photo
slideshows, complete with music, voice-
overs, special effects, transitions and
much more. You can then output your
video to a file, upload it directly to YouTube
or Facebook, or burn it to a disc, complete
with stylish menus.
POWERDIRECTOR MODES

CyberLink PowerDirector has separate modes that enable you to perform different
tasks: Capture, Edit, Produce and Create Disc.

Mode Description

Capture Captures media in a variety of formats, from a variety of sources.

Edit your production by adding video and photos to the timeline,


Edit
then add transitions, effects, titles and much more.

Output your created video to a file, camcorder (DV, HDV or HDD),


Produce
or upload it to YouTube or Facebook.

Create and burn your video to a disc, complete with a professional

looking disc menu.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The system requirements listed below are recommended as minimums for general
digital video production work.

AVCHD (Advanced Video Coding High Definition) is a format for the recording and
playback of high definition video.

PCI - Peripheral Component Interconnect

WDM - Windows Driver Model (also known at one point as the Win32 Driver Model)

IEEE 1394 interface is a serial bus interface standard for high-speed


communications and isochronous real-time data transfer, frequently used by
personal computers, as well as in digital audio, digital video, automotive, and
aeronautics applications.
The interface is also known by the brand names of FireWire (Apple), i.LINK (Sony),
and Lynx (Texas Instruments)
