PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary BDO MasterCard, BDO Visa, BDO JCB and
American Express cardholders of good credit standing.

2. Cardholders shall be eligible for a FREE junior-size popcorn for every movie ticket purchased at
www.smcinema.com from February 15, 2011 to May 15, 2011. The same size of freebie shall be given
regardless of movie ticket price.

3. Redemption period is from start of promo period until one (1) year from date of purchase of the SM Cinema
ticket or May 15, 2012.

4. Cardholders shall receive an email and/ or SMS notification from SM Cinema for the bCode coupon to be
used at the bCode machine to claim movie ticket and FREE junior-size popcorn coupon.

5. On the scheduled movie screening, cardholder must go to the bCODE machine at the participating SM
Cinema to get his movie ticket printed and coupon for the FREE junior- size popcorn.

6. To redeem the FREE junior size popcorn, the coupon shall be surrendered at the SM Cinema Snack Time on
the day of the movie screening. Full Cardholder Name and BDO Credit Card Number must be written at the
back of all coupons submitted.

7. The FREE popcorn is not convertible to cash or any product available at the SM Cinema Snack Time.

8. In case the freebie is out of stock on the day of redemption, cardholder can redeem until the end of the
redemption period.

9. Lost coupons shall not be replaced.

10. Terms and conditions governing the SM Cinema's e-Ticketing Systems shall apply.

11. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to Cardholder's eligibility,coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., BDO's
decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's
eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO at its sole discretion.
